Target Down 5 Billion Since Embracing Trans Bathroom Policy

How does allowing men in the women's restroom comfort rape survivors who may still be wary around men?
How does allowing men in the women's restroom benefit trannies?
How does allowing men in the women's restroom prevent more child molestations?

How does forcing Jake to use the women's room protect anyone from sexual predators?

PA peeper pervert busted

Man accused of spying on little girl in public bathroom, charged with child porn

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Pennsylvania man faces multiple charges after allegedly taking pictures of a 10-year-old girl in a convenience store restroom.

James Thomas Shoemaker, 19, was found hiding in the stall of the ladies room at a Sheetz in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on April 14, WPMT reports.

Employees at the store said Shoemaker was in the bathroom for about an hour, according to WHTM. Investigators determined he was watching pornography on his cell phone before using the camera to look over at the stall next to him.

Police told WPMT he used his phone to take pictures of the 10-year-old girl.

Following arraignment he was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.

Pennsylvania has no laws allowing men to use women's bathrooms. You mean this guy didn't care that he had no legal right to be there and went in there anyway? Wait, where was all of the screaming and calls to police I have been told will ensue whenever a man walks into a women's restroom? You mean he was able to do so without anyone noticing or caring, even in the absence of laws allowing him to do it? Impossible.

I just think it means PA is full of perverts

When has anyone said this was absolute? I have repeatedly said this was a former barrier to entry. And for a long time, perverts have thwarted those barriers. But MANY were also spotted, outed and stopped.

What I have said, and let's keep things in context shall we, is that now these laws remove those barriers to entry. Case in point (again, again, again) the perv who not once, but twice undressed and exposed himself in front of the girls swim team in Washington.

Like San Bernadino, these new rules will force us to be PC, and like in San Bernadino, it will eventually lead to death, because people have been intimidated into not speaking up.

What law? Laws against illegally photographing and peeping at little girls? Absolutely.
oh, uh, the speed limit law?
maybe the very law we've been debating?

Isn't the issue that PA cannot have laws that disallow him in there?

Who wants to speak up and be the co-defendant in a law-suit?

Are you talking about the NC law stating that everyone must use the bathroom associated with their gender at birth? Or are you talking about Obama's policy directive on Title XI that transgender people must be allowed to use the bathroom associated with their gender identity? We've debated both. As I've stated I don't agree that the federal government should be involved in this, or do I believe that transgender people living as opposite gender should be forced by law to use the rest room of their gender at birth. I don't think this is an issue the government needs to involve itself in at all. Leave people who aren't harming anyone alone. Prosecute people who are.

You mean this law Supe? The one that requires a person in PA to use the bathroom assigned to their sex as listed on their birth certificate? It does appear OFTB believes the law should be enforced. Men to the men's room, ladies to the women's room.

http://fox43.com/2016/03/29/governo...ion-in-light-of-north-carolina-bathroom-bill/

I believe all laws should be enforced...I don't agree with this particular law and think it should be changed. The point is lawbreakers don't care about obeying this law, clearly, as Spike's post demonstrates. Just as they don't care about obeying laws regarding peeping or filming. This is a law that harms law abiding people but doesn't prevent lawbreakers from doing what they do. A guy who wants to get in to film little girls is unlikely to stride into the bathroom loudly stating "I identify as a woman so I have a right to be in here, dammit!". He's going to slip in when no one's paying attention, hide, and draw as little attention to himself as possible. With this law in place or without it. Apparently he was able to do this without the hysterical reactions from women that you claim would currently happen under a law of this sort, that would go away if this law was abolished.

By the way, your article is about Tom Wolf talking about the NC law , and urging PA to pass a non-discrimination law ( which would be the opposite of the NC law). It says nothing about PA having a law requiring people to use a bathroom assigned to their sex at birth. I don't believe Pennsylvania has such a law, not one that I've been able to find.

Permission to enter is not permission to peep or film. I mean, if that was the case every little boy who's been molested or peeped at by a male could sue the state for allowing the male in the bathroom. Certainly if you KNOW someone is a molester and you allow them to use the bathroom with little boys a la Jerry Sandusky you could be sued. I don't think you are negligent for not automatically assuming that every male (or transgendered person for that matter) is a predator.

What I have said, and let's keep things in context shall we, is that now these laws remove those barriers to entry.

But you're not putting things in context!

Who are all these men you are going to start using the women's bathroom that it will become commonplace? Who? You? Supe? I sure as hell am not. Any men on this board going to use the women's room?

Who are all these women who are now encountering men in the women's room?

A man in the women's room is still going to be a WTF type of encounter. They are going to be noticed whether it is illegal for them to be there or not. The barrier still exists, not that it is much of a barrier.

Well, I disagree with this.

What is being forced down America's throat by President Obama, the DOJ, Governor Wolf and the threat of funds is men no longer need to "sneak around" of "slip into the bathroom, when no ones paying attention" as you so clearly stated.

The reason is that people are now silenced when their internal "something is wrong meter" goes off if they see a man in a women's bathroom because Liberal America is telling millions of people your "something is wrong" meter is bigoted, racist, sexist and wrong.

Personally, that's really what this comes down to.

You simply refuse to accept reason. When the day comes that an innocent dies because we opened restrooms, and it will happen, you'll still make up some other reason for it happening.

So, who?

Please reference the dozens of articles listed of men walking into these safe spaces. They have names you can look up.

Reference the story of the woman in the Ross dressing room who found a man in jeans, with work boots and a t-shirt & 5 o'clock shadow in the stall next to her undressing because he stated he identified as a woman.

Please reference stories like the perv undressing twice in front of the girls swim team - and wasn't a cross dresser or a transgender.

Please reference the ever-growing voyeur porn on the Internet of innocent women being filmed in public showers, locker rooms and doing their business in stalls. Or the half dozen articles we have posted about this very issue.

Is that enough context for you? Or do you still insist, despite the evidence, that these people and these incidents are imaginary?

As I stated, no one's "something wrong meter" went off at all in most of the cases mentioned, and the laws have little if anything to do with it. The reason is that most predators take great pains to avoid setting off people's "something wrong" meter. Setting off people's "something wrong" meter means they have a good chance of not accomplishing what they set out to do. That will not change with or without these laws.

The Washington State example - and countless others - where the man disrobed twice in front of the girls swim team and women tried to alert people to it contradicts you.

The ROSS dressing room example contradicts you. She raised alarm and was told to buzz off and leave the cowboy in the dressing room.

I am confident there are thousands of cases in history where men have been caught in these safe spaces by women who raised alarms elsewhere. Reference the sex offenders database. News outlets haven't written much about them because compared to ISIS they haven't been national issues - till now.

Lots of sexual predators are not these stealth assassins you purport them to be. Reference exhibitionists like the man in California busted for being an exhibionist to little girls in these spaces or again - the man and the girls swim team.

To try to say that women keeping an eye out over 100+ years in these safe spaces doesn't thwart predator crimes is absurd.
