A placeholder, if you will. Now that the ship has been righted, America is back on track, the MAGA danger & stench no longer lingers in the WH, time for the Dems to put forward a viable candidate to take 'ol Joe's spot. Until then, we'll just have to live with Biden misspeaking on occasion, like old dudes tend to do. His heart's in the right place, he's a decent, honorable man. We owe him a debt of gratitude for stepping in when the nation most needed it.

While policies did make some businesses close there is no reason why anyone can't get a job right now if they want one. People just don't want to work because they just collect govt money.

Two points:

1. Not true for a lot of those 3.1 million people. A lot of those people had jobs that paid pretty well and met their schedules, and while they can get another job at a lower wage or one that no longer meets their schedule, they cannot get a job as good or as convenient.

2. Did you get any of the free Federal money? Say ... $50 worth? Asking for a friend. Okay, asking for me because somebody (you) still owes me $50.
