Raskin then wanted to blame Trump. Imagine that. Glad Massie pointed out that the massive govt spending was under Nancy's watch. That's where the big checkbook lives.

Same **** happened in 08. The Dems controlled both the house and Senate for 2 years leading up to that meltdown. Blame went 100% on Boosh and influenced the election. History repeats. You kids remember that the next time a republican is president, if that's ever allowed to happen again.

Where did all the money go? Tens of billions of dollars have lined the pockets of left-wing environmental and social justice groups that have been emitting a lot of hot air but no results. Green energy companies have milked taxpayers of tens of billions more, even as wind and solar only produce about 12% of our energy.

Is this the greatest ripoff of U.S. taxpayers in history?

Exactly what I have noted several times: simply printing unbacked (meaning unaccompanied by an equal increase in the value of goods and labor produced) currency yields more currency chasing the same products, resulting in inflation.

Again, think of currency as a good rather than as representing value. If you increase the supply of the good, and don't increase the demand (products and services), the value of that product (money) goes down. The name for a decline in the value of money is inflation.

This is a really good article. Talks about how ridiculous ideas (like abortion at birth, normalizing pedophilia, etc) moves from being considered radical, to becoming acceptable, then becoming policy....the Overton Window.

We all fall for it.


Consider how American politics works in this era of bitter divisiveness. If the most liberal extremists propose something — anything — the most conservative leaders will immediately criticize it. That prompts all Democrats, not just the extremists, to consider the idea more seriously and kicks off an us-against-them debate. Before you know it, Americans are divided almost half and half – on an idea they all considered unthinkable not long ago.
