The entire story is kind of vague as to how it escalated into a shooting. 2 guys wandering someone's property in the evening, supposedly employed by a utility, but without any identification proving that. I'm sure the account of the SF shooter and the guy that got away will be 180.

Friends I have in law enforcement think that maybe they were casing a power station nearby. How they ended up on the property of an SF guy taking photos of his house and family is strange. And there has been no follow up on the story either. It kind of just died. Funny that.
