Many conservative memes are very factual.

Merchan just delivered the coup de grace instruction. He said that there is no need to agree on what occurred. They can disagree on what the crime was among the three choices. Thus, this means that they could split 4-4-4 and he will still treat them as unanimous...

That is some bullshit. If you can't agree on what the crime is, how can you agree that a person is guilty? That has to be illegal to reach a verdict that way, but this is New York.
 
You had to know there would be trickery. Merchan MUST convict him of something or something bad might happen. Didn't Joe just visit his daughter in law?

That’s horseshit. Whatever you think of Donald Trump, justice is being murdered in that court room. The judge basically told the jury to find him guilty of something. No way he is getting acquitted. Best he can hope for is a hung jury.
