My neighbor and I split a cow every year. Picking this year up the 1st week in Nov. basically eating the freezer for next few weeks.

Today was burgers for lunch and tonight 16oz Ribeye's. Damn good. I usually do them in our fire pit.
But a few months ago I started getting lazy and started using our solo stove on our deck. you can get embers much faster. the char you can get is pretty awesome.
I would invite Stewey and TAC over but do not think either are near by.
