This is police brutality

I'm sure Trump could have overruled them if he really wanted to, plus there was basically 0 % chance the protestors would have made it in there. If the protestors were being unruly the day of the church visit then why was Trump allowed out of his hiding spot. It can't be both ways.....

why is anybody supposed to be upset that Trump may have been moved to the bunker ? Seems a no brainer of secret service protection to me.

You would think that one tangential conversation that would pop up, since everyone is so publicly eager to talk about things, is the high rate of crime in the black communities. Not a peep. White people can't virtue signal about it, and it is not a pleasant topic. I'm pretty sure that bringing it up for discussion would be labelled racist.

I believe that the soft response and even encouragement from many parts of society to the riots and looting will make things worse by almost blessing the attitude of victimhood. It seems to be to be an insultingly paternal posture by white America, but that's just how I think I would feel.

Not upset about that just making the point that someone said the church leaders hid during the riots instead of protecting the church. The issue is not where Trump was anyways the issue is stoking peaceful protests for a photo op that no one wanted. Now Trump is saying he went to the bunker for inspection not protection.... What a bunch of BS. Bottom line regardless of all the other BS is don't tear gas or rubber bullet non-rioters

Come on. Sincere question to the black posters on this board, how does this make you feel?

Drew Bree Bree just spoke out against kneeling flag protests. Gonna be ugly even for the Katrina Golden Boy standing for traditional values your WRs aren't as sentimental about:

“I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country. Let me just tell what I see or what I feel when the national anthem is played and when I look at the flag of the United States. I envision my two grandfathers, who fought for this country during World War II, one in the Army and one in the Marine Corp. Both risking their lives to protect our country and to try to make our country and this world a better place. So every time I stand with my hand over my heart looking at that flag and singing the national anthem, that’s what I think about. And in many cases, that brings me to tears, thinking about all that has been sacrificed. Not just those in the military, but for that matter, those throughout the civil rights movements of the ‘60s, and all that has been endured by so many people up until this point. And is everything right with our country right now? No, it is not. We still have a long way to go. But I think what you do by standing there and showing respect to the flag with your hand over your heart, is it shows unity. It shows that we are all in this together, we can all do better and that we are all part of the solution.”

Can a leopard change his spots? No, but a liberal-educated Antifa recruit sure can renounce his or her race and skin pigment!

Yeah, that's not going to end well. How dare he respect the flag? He should be burning it, kneeling during the Anthem, rioting, looting and criticizing every little thing that Trump says and does. He's clearly not down with the struggle. The Rog is going to hear about this. And fine James Harrison for it.

Lol. Brain washed fucktwats. I wish they denounce their American status and give it to some hard working immigrants

I'm assuming all of these folks did something to black people to be asking for forgiveness or clear their conscience?

Rolling over that last line!

Derek Chauvin charges now 2nd degree murder. The other 3 officers are now charged with aiding and abetting 2nd degree murder.

I’m fine with him going to the church. I find your perception of it odd. Your position is that the President should not be able to move about freely because it may upset an angry mob. Your default notion is that the angry mob has more rights than a President.

They were given ample warning to move and ignored it. So you get rubber bullets and tear gas.

Funny how many people saw people having some parties in the ozarks a few weeks ago and the media wanted them jailed but a mob of people wandering the streets? Nope, they run the show.

You should't be protesting while at work. Save it for when you're off the clock.

What would you call Trump when he was hiding in his bunker the night of the riots? He chose to pick on the peaceful ones

You do know the secret service would take any president to a bunker if they're under attack or immediate threat of attack on the white house. That's pretty standard protocol. I believe they've had over 50 secret service members injured in this mess so far.

After the looting murder of a retired black police chief I'm done with all of this **** too.

This destruction, killing and looting has to end or any positive message will be negated by the 10,000 negative messages sent.

People are acting like ******* animals. That's what people will remember most.

They can denounce their citizenship without more immigrants. I hope Trump deals with birth rite citizenship in his next term.

Not to change the subject, but blacks kill more blacks (7000) in a year than the KKK did and its entire history.‬-- Larry Elder

And some who never work and even make a career of protesting and being aggrieved.

Black Lives Matter, my ***. To see the video of that poor man gasping his last breaths for simply trying to stop some scumbags from stealing TVs from his friend's pawn shop was pretty much the final straw for me.

I see though that the outrage of our President standing in front of a sacred church is the important thing though.

FFS they didn’t tear gas or use rubber bullets. They used smoke and pepper balls.

And they gave the people 75 minutes to clear the area, I don't know how ******* more 'tolerant' they have to try to be with these people.
