This would be the time for a biological weapon attack from Russia

I'm reading "Biohazard", a book about Russia's bioweapon program, so I am a little paranoid right now, but it strikes me that this would be the perfect time for them to pull something. We'd blame it on the ******* hole in our border down south and never be the wiser.

I think Putin would do it if he could get away with it.
