The Steelers are an 8-8 team and Tomlin is an 8-8 coach. This is what 8-8 teams do. When is he gonna get fired? Enough is enough.

Unfortunately he's not so get used to it.
If anyone thinks that the Rooney's will fire Tomlin then they just haven't been paying attention.

Yep, and how good our players really are. If you put the Bulls with Jordan out there against the Raptors with Pee Wee Herman on the Bulls bench back in the day they would still beat the brakes of them. I'm tired of it too, but Ben was *** with those horrible pics, Antonio Brown fumbled twice, and our kicker made a 50+ FG on minute and shanked a glorified XP the next. The coaching isn't great , but let's not forget they don't actually take the field. If they were to ever decide to make that change it has to be all of the coaches, or nothing would change.

Problem is, most fans are cool with 8-8. Look at how many beat their chests over the fact that Tomlin's never had a losing season. Three seasons of 8-8 and watching the playoffs is a positive in their eyes.

OMG..lmao...just like the Bengals board this past Thursday night...just like the Raven board last Sunday night...fans are fickle assed creatures...highly emotional like a nixed prom date.......two weeks ago ***** flying high in Cincy and two losses and they wanna burn the city.........same here in the Burgh...one loss to a Jets team who tried to give the game back and now folks are on suicide watch.

Don't waste your time with logic here. Clearly Tomlin needs to be fired just as much after this loss as the Tampa loss. RIGHT? And the last three wins a definitely worth his job. Those were setup wins so that he could get fired today. Chill the **** out people. Bad loss but let the guys sort it out. BTW take a look around the league.....any given Sunday isn't just a cliche this year.

All I care about is hitting 8 wins and protecting Tomlin's ultra-impressive run of "no losing seasons." That solidifies him as a great coach.

Yeah.......8-8 may not be a losing season but it sure isn't a WINNING season either and it likely means you are home for the playoffs. I would like to see the percentages that an 8-8 team makes the post season and how that changes with each win added. 448 makes a great point.
8-8 may not technically be a losing season but it is a loser of a season for sure.

So, in your opinion, does Ben have any role in losing to these god awful teams ? Take todays game and the tampa game...was his performance in those losses more than enought to overcome poor coaching ? Or are you overlooking the ****** obvious........... ?

Art2 is not his daddy and he was public about his displeasure about missing the playoffs for 3 consecutive seasons prior to the 2001 season.
and eventually he did run Cowher off........I'm not advocating anything, I hope Tomlin succeeds and wins multiple championships for the Steelers.
But I believe Art2 is much more hands on than Dan
