On today's broadcast JJ said there have been grumblings in town about Tomlin, and that basically fans are stupid and don't know how lucky they are to have a guy that can win 10 games a year. Here’s how one sided it gets with these commentators and analysts.
The other day I was listening to the so called experts trashing Mike McCarthy in Dallas for not being able to win in the playoffs. Oh he’s one and done.
Got me to thinking about about Tomlin and is that not the knock on him? Can’t win in the playoffs but always the same bs that’s he’s this great coach. And Mike will leave when Mike wants to leave.
Talk about favoritism and overlooking ones weakness while piling on the other guy. Total bs and I’m ******* sick of it. Why does Tomlin always get a pass?
Ten games a year, great JJ. First round blowout but hay, we won 10 games. On today's broadcast JJ said there have been grumblings in town about Tomlin, and that basically fans are stupid and don't know how lucky they are to have a guy that can win 10 games a year.
There were more than a handful of fans calling for Tomlin’s job after the game. He was the top name people were vocally upset with after today. On today's broadcast JJ said there have been grumblings in town about Tomlin, and that basically fans are stupid and don't know how lucky they are to have a guy that can win 10 games a year.
It's actually three years, not two. He was already contracted for 2024 and given a three year extension, so his contract runs to end of 2027.We have at least two more seasons with Tomlin as his money is guaranteed.
Rooney is not going to pay him $32 million over the next two years to sit at home or work for a TV network.
It seems like a pretty poor investment, given the lackluster results have been constant and predictable for years now, but it's not my money.
Thats great and all… but good teams win 14-15-16 games a year..On today's broadcast JJ said there have been grumblings in town about Tomlin, and that basically fans are stupid and don't know how lucky they are to have a guy that can win 10 games a year.
I'm in for $200I will start a go fund me to raise enough money to buy out Tomlin.
He can go cheerlead like Beyoncé
And one of the more predictable events, is the Steelers aren't scoring a touchdown on their first offensive drive of the game. Today was apparently their 18th successive game without a touchdown on the opening drive, and last year it took them until November to score on an opening drive. They also had a 23 game run of opening drives without a touchdown in 2019/2020.Tomlin teams are as predictable as Hallmark Christmas movies.
Good that *** hat has gotten filthy rich off of nothing but bullshit talking points. All he can do is spit out useless cliches. In three games we went from a two game lead with four games to go to a wild card team with one game to go and some people are ok with that because we have another non losing season under our belt. I love this damn team but I have about come to my end of watching this **** show.Tomlin getting absolutely torched on every site I click on. it's UGLY.
We are not talking about a political environment and you're the idiot who posted that Tomlin hip hop headline from 12 years agoNow if he had said Tomlin was a DEI hire It would really be hard for us to tell. Did the Rooneys hire him to not look like hypocrites as they were not walking the walk when it came to the rule named after them? I don't know because maybe he did have the best interview and they thought he was a good fit...I know his defensive coaching record in Minnesota was not that great. I would have gone with Whisenhunt personally.
Whatever the reason I can say without being racist myself is that because of the political environment we are talking about they painted themselves into a corner with him.. and now we are all stuck with him.
Why Tomlin gets a pass has been stated a million times….no losing seasons! Here’s how one sided it gets with these commentators and analysts.

Whats tiresome is all of your name calling and acting like you are a football God. Every person on this board has a right to their own opinion about any coach or player. Maybe you are happy as a pig eating **** with the non-losing season crap and all the Tomlin speak, good for you but a lot of us here are not, many of us are old enough to remember when Wining in the playoffs was actually a good thing and was expected. We are not talking about a political environment and you're the idiot who posted that Tomlin hip hop headline from 12 years ago
Without exception, the Tomlin haters here are clueless self pleasuring dumbshits. The constant ***** asss whining and complaining and heaping blame on the HC is tiresome.
Tomlin gets all the blame and none of the credit from you fagg*ts. You sopping wet vaginas..
Go Fk Yourselves
I'll tell you where McCarthy becomes important. The Packers win that game but when it was time to move on they did. Now they are a legit contender and here we are a couple weeks from groundhog day for the too manyith time in a row. People always say If Tomlin was a available he would be snapped up in a second. Yeah he would for Stealers Wheels Stuck in the middle. Why Tomlin gets a pass has been stated a million times….no losing seasons!
McCarthy is on the verge of coaching his second losing season with the Cowboys.
Both Mikes have similar stats in two areas.
McCarthy is in his 18th year as HC. (GB and Dal). He’s 11-11 in the playoffs…..174 total wins 110 losses.
5 losing seasons.
Tomlin in his 18th year as HC. He’s 10-8 in the playoffs…he’s 183 -105 W/L.
0 losing seasons!
I’m just being facetious with all of this.
You have a good point.
