So, assuming true (which is a stretch based upon the source(s)) and I have seen similar stories in the MSM, seems like some spending that could and should be curtailed, IMO.

I do agree that it matters ****-all where the president is as they can be contacted 24-7 and there is little they can do in DC that can't be done elsewhere. However, when you are elsewhere, the swamp will swamp.
