Trump - Make America Great Again!

What did Reagen say ? Democrats know so so many things that aren't true, or something like that.
Must have been quoting Twain - "It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so."

Must have been quoting Twain - "It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so."

Ronald Reagan — 'It isn't so much that liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so many things that aren't so.'

I'm kind of tired of the prevailing rhetoric that if you don't believe the same things as the other party, you're automatically 'a stupid idiot'.

There are plenty of intelligent people working on both sides of the aisle, and countless millions of mindless sheep that follow in lockstep with the leaders of their parties.

And in the end, the truth of it is that the wealthy and politically savvy have been pulling the wool over the common man's eyes for decades.

It really is about time that someone took both parties down - and the only way I see this happening is if it's a Trump - Sanders vote in the end. The Republicans are doing their level best to discredit Trump and prop up their toady Cruz. Meanwhile the infrastructure is in place for the Democrats to hand the nomination over to Clinton even though Sanders is developing a strong following with the general public.

I am getting tired of the whole damn thing. Trunp or Cruz has got to when. I cannot stand anymore commercials, interviews or speeches from Bernie or Clinton.

Hearing Clintons voice just makes me want to puke. and Bernie.... 3/4 of America didn't even know who he was when he decided to run. Every time I see him talk I just want to punch him in the face. I work hard for my money. I want to keep my money. **** those two.

Cruz should get out

Trump leads big in NY, PA

Trump poised to cross the 50% statewide threshold needed to capture all of New York's statewide Republican delegates

Trump has 54% of support to Ohio Gov. John Kasich's 22% and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz's 15%

Trump has a similar lead in Pennsylvania where he clinches 48% to Kasich's 22% and Cruz's 20%

Interesting point for you trumpheads: on my facebook today every single openly pro bernie supporter in the pittsburgh area i know had the same "protest trump" post up... Not one Cruz, kasich, or rodham clinton fan did...

At Jews for Bernie event, anger boils over at Sanders campaign

NEW YORK (JTA) – It might have been the last place you’d expect anger to erupt against the Bernie Sanders campaign.

“Sanders has been tone deaf on Gaza. And the interview with the Daily News was appalling,” she said. “He doesn’t go to the AIPAC conference, but he’s going to the Vatican?
I mean, come on!”

One game at a time

Maryland, NBC4/MARIST Trump 41, Cruz 29, Kasich 24

New York, Quinnipiac, Trump 55, Kasich 20, Cruz 19
New York, NY1/Baruch, Trump 60, Kasich 17, Cruz 14

Connecticut, Emerson, Trump 50, Kasich 26, Cruz 17

Pennsylvania, Fox News, Trump 48, Kasich 22, Cruz 20

RNC rules committee guy just on saying if Trump gets 1100 going into convention he wins - forget 1237

If these polls hold true, not only will Trump get a ton of delegates but Cruz is in for a wake up call. He is losing to Kasich in most of the states. All of his arguments for being electable will go right out the window.

Even better

Trump can win with 1,100 delegates

Republican National Committee member Randy Evans said Wednesday that Donald Trump would likely be able to secure the Republican nomination if he captures anything more than 1,100 delegates, short of the 1,237 delegates needed for a simple majority.

"If Donald Trump exceeds 1,100 votes, he will become the nominee even though he may not have 1,237," Evans said on MSNBC's "Morning Joe."

Report: NY GOP bracing for huge anti-Trump protests
http://thehill.com/blogs/ballot-box...york-gop-bracing-for-huge-anti-trump-protests

The New York Republican Party is reportedly steeling itself for massive protests against Donald Trump’s appearance at the organization’s annual gala on Thursday evening.

“A collection of organizations and independent New Yorkers are mobilizing to shut down Trump and oppose creeping Trumpism under the banner #HateFreeNY,” the progressive group MoveOn.org wrote in a press release sent Wednesday.

The Washington Examiner reports that MoveOn.org and 10 like-minded groups are now planning peaceful disruptions outside the $1,000 per ticket event at New York’s Grand Hyatt Hotel. Other participants include the Muslim Democratic Club of New York, United We Dream Action and Make the Road Action, an immigrant advocacy group.

“The Republican hate train is coming to NYC,” said Antonio Alarcon, a member of Make the Road Action. "Donald Trump is the conductor and [Sen.] Ted Cruz [R-Texas] is masquerading as the friendly ticket taker.

“New Yorkers reject the policies that these two men are proposing and call for security, unity and opportunity for all New Yorkers,” he added in MoveOn.org’s statement.

New York State GOP Chairman Ed Cox on Tuesday said that his organization is unafraid of the reported protests.

“We are flattered by the attention they are giving us,” he told Breitbart. "It means we are doing something right.”

Trump, Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich are making their final pitches in New York before next Tuesday’s GOP presidential primary there.

Trump leads his opponents by approximately 32 points in the Empire State, according to the latest RealClearPolitics average of polls.

MoveOn.org helped organize major demonstrations against Trump in Chicago last month, forcing him to cancel a campaign rally there.

Glenn Beck said last week that the RNC would probably have to abandon any ideas about inserting their Party insider into the convention. Trump would have too many delegates in the first ballet but not enough to give him a lock so any blatant interference would be too politically damaging.

04/07/2016
The final delegate count Glenn predicts for Trump would bring him to a grand total of 1168 delegates – 69 short of the magic number. That might be close enough to give Trump a legitimate claim to the nomination, but it would definitely get him close enough to cry foul if things don’t go in his favor.
