In the wake of the businessman’s commanding wins in five Eastern states this week, a growing number of national Republicans and GOP lawmakers on Capitol Hill say Trump has taken on an indisputable air of inevitability
“Donald Trump is going to be our nominee,” Florida Gov. Rick Scott wrote on Facebook this week. “The Republican leaders in Washington did not choose him, but the Republican voters across America did choose him. The voters have spoken.”
“Republicans now need to come together,” Scott wrote, warning that continued opposition to Trump “will be nothing more than a contribution to the Clinton campaign.”
Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah, a respected senior member of the Senate, previously endorsed Jeb Bush and then Sen. Marco Rubio and said he doesn't intend to endorse Trump. But Hatch said of Trump, "It looks to me like he's going to win, and if he does, I'm going to do everything in my power to help him."

The moment Trump announced his candidacy the "experts" predicted he wouldn't last for a myriad of reasons. Even his shocking rise in popularity was regarded as a passing fad soon to dissipate.
Now that Trump has defied all odds and nearly has the nomination secured , all that's left for the naysayers to say is that "he cant beat Hillary".
We'll see.

I just stopped by the local Trump headquarters to snag some yard signs and a d-bag reporter from Bloomberg interviewed me. He tried to trap me on a couple questions but it didn't work. I could see him get madder and madder. I doubt he'll be using any of my quotes for his hatchet job article.
I don't like Chump or Hillary, but as a lifelong Democrat the thought of this clown being president makes me want to puke.
We would truly be the laughing stock of the planet.
Having said that; I think in debates with Hillary he will be exposed. Cruz, Rubio, and the others were tap dancing around Chump hoping to placate, and eventually commandeer his voters. There will be none of that when he faces Hillary.

Trump is going to destroy Hillary in the debates. If she weren't so evil and corrupt I'd say it wouldn't even be fair, but she is and her destruction is going to be glorious.

“We've had enough intraparty fighting. Now's the time to stitch together a winning coalition,” Huntsman said, according to Politico.
“And it's been clear almost from the beginning that Donald Trump has the ability to assemble a nontraditional bloc of supporters,” he added.
“The ability to cut across traditional party boundaries — like '80, '92 and 2008 — will be key, and Trump is much better positioned to achieve that.”

I know what the polls said, but Trump did not win debates. He was pretty poor in most of them. He stayed composed, but experts / debate coaches etc etc gave him poor ratings. Hillary is a master at debates and will destroy Trump. I am sure Trump will insult her and bring up her emails and been Benghazi and what not, but I am sure Hillary will be extremely well prepared. Like I said she is a master at debates and lying so in reality there is no way Trump can honestly win the debates. Now of course if the people say Trump won then it does not really matter. Hillary and Bernie have both fact checked much better in the debates than the Republicans which is a problem and should be a concern for anyone betting on Trump. If Trump has any chance whatsoever he really needs to study and be prepared and not just say stuff on a whim or hillary will obliterate him. For the record I can not stand hillary and would vote for anyone but her, but she will not be a weak opponent.
