Trump - Make America Great Again!

Trump is drawing record crowds in the Liberal hotbed of Vermont? Damn.

Vermont is a small state. Their biggest city is Burlington with a population of 42,417. I'm not sure how many people lined up to see Trump, but if it was 10,000 that's about a quarter of the population of the state's biggest city. Wow.

"I will not campaign for, vote for or support any candidate, even in my own party, who does not support common-sense gun reform," Obama wrote in an op-ed column in the New York Times.

I despise that goddam politician speak. What the **** does that even mean? "Common sense gun reform". It's a collection of words that don't even go together.

Here is your hero on Football:
Trump believes he has found the perfect encapsulation of the decline of America: the NFL’s efforts to stop head-on collisions in football.

Speaking at a rally in Reno, Nevada, he lamented a game that has “gone soft”, while appearing to reference the penalties that cost the Cincinnati Bengals their playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Rather than a last stand, the Bengals stupidly went for a last punch

“So I’m watching a game yesterday,” said Trump. “What used to be considered a great tackle, a violent head-on [tackle], a violent – if that was done by Dick Butkus, they’d say he’s the greatest player. If that were done by Lawrence Taylor – it was done by Lawrence Taylor and Dick Butkus and Ray Nitschke, right? Ray Nitschke — you used to see these tackles and it was incredible to watch, right?

“Now they tackle. ‘Oh, head-on-head collision, 15 yards.’ The whole game is all screwed up ... Football has become soft. Football has become soft. Now, I’ll be criticized for that. They’ll say, ‘Oh, isn’t that terrible.’ But football has become soft like our country has become soft.

Despite wide acknowledgement that the league needs to cut down on head injuries and concussions, Trump said that more protection for players will harm the NFL. “It’s become weak and you know what? It’s going to affect the NFL,” said Trump. “I don’t even watch it as much anymore. It’s going to affect the NFL. I don’t watch it. The referees, they want to all throw flags so their wives see them at home. ‘Oh, there’s my husband.’ It’s true. ‘He just broke up - he just gave a 15-yard penalty on one of the most beautiful tackles made this year.’ Right?”

Trump was quick to give his approval for one figure in the NFL though: his friend the New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. “It’s boring - although I love Tom Brady,” said Trump. “I gotta tell you. I do love Tom. He’s a great guy. But it’s different. But it’s become soft and our country has become soft.”

So there is your big hero. Wants hard nosed football, but loves soft as charmin Tom Brady. I've known a lot of hard nosed people in football and in life and let me tell you nothing I see in Donald Trump even remotely reminds me of a physically hard nosed person. So if you want to support the Douche bag loving Patriots king of all douche bags go right for it. He is one of those ******* who has never been in a fair fight in his life guaranteed, but loves to see others in one. Wants to make the military strong again (like it needs more strengthening), but when it was his turn in the 60's he developed a foot problem. Wow that pretty much says it all right there doesn't it. If that **** came from a libtard, your heads would collectively explode

What a reach. He never said anything derogatory about the Steelers. Anyone who has any semblance of football knowledge knows that the league has softened up by handcuffing the defense. All of Lord Manning's complaints about close coverage led to rule changes. All of James Harrison's fines.... Celebration penalties, uniform violations. You've got be a GD idiot to think the league hasn't softened.

I can't find the article right now but over the weekend Drudge had an article about how 20% of democrats are going to cross over and vote for Trump. Not the insane libtards, but the semi-rational dems like the ones who voted for Reagan. This could turn into a landslide victory.

Not the point. But everyone hear HATES Brady and thinks he is the biggest douchebag ever. I judge people on their friends. Douchebags of a feather....
Anyway as usual you miss the bigger picture here. If you can't see the hypocrisy and down right fraud of a man who proclaims that America's biggest problem is that it has grown soft despite the fact that he has an assistant or servant who does almost every normal task short of wiping his *** or feeding his douchebag looking face if you can't see that truth. Sorry. You are hopeless.

Ha! You're angry and bitter. I'm glad I'm not you.

There are only about a dozen things wrong with your observations...SMH. Ya can't even spell 'here' while trying to insult a fellow poster.

There's a lot I don't agree with Trump on, though he's 150,732,923,651,243 times a better option than Hillary. But for you to insinuate that Trump isn't self-made, that he is catered to, as you suggest, is laughable. Please, go on about a rough "day in the life" for H. Rodham Clinton or B. Hussein? Ya think Colonel Sanders doesn't have a fleet of interns and staffers running around and handing him his briefcase, coffee, and dentures at every turn during the day?

LOL

BUT NONE OF THOSE PEOPLE are saying that America's problem is that they have gone soft. He is saying you are soft and need to be hard. Hard like him? Eating food made by a chef, living in a house with gardeners, and cooks and people to organize and do every menial task for him. Like I said, if you don't get that, what is the point. Really!!!!! And **** off about my spelling. you know what I'm saying, that is just a dodge because you know I'm right.

Great comeback. Sounds like your demagogue. If all else fails, "I'm glad I'm not you". Only difference is ******** would repeat it over three times in rapid succession and then try to distance it with some type of phrase like "I mean a lot of people are saying that, I'm not necessarily saying that, but make your own conclusions".

Dude, you're wrong, period. America HAS gone soft, it has. And if Hillary or Sanders said American was soft, hell, they might get a golf clap or two out me too. You expect that I should somehow be offended by those comments? It's dead accurate! And it needs to be addressed. Going "soft" is now killing people (i.e., being PC prevented neighbors from reporting the San Bernadino killers). He isn't saying that I am specifically soft, but if he wants to, that is fine too, because I'm an American citizen and if he wants to lump us all together and say we've all gone soft, I have no problem with that, because as a country, WE HAVE.

You clearly don't get the point about the rebuttal I was making about Trump and him being waited on. You tried, miserably, to combat Trump's soft comments, by saying there is nothing hard about being waited on hand and foot. Now, let me try to make this really simple for ya, ok, eh? I didn't say that Trump didn't have staff that waits on him. Instead, I said (again making it simple simple simple) - "what's the big deal? Those he is competing with - Hillary, and Sanders, and Obama - all have a staff too and are also waited on hand and foot." Hillary doesn't make her own sammiches. So why is Trump bad for being take care of, but they are not? Do we comprendo? If you want to attack Trump for being waited on, go ahead. But don't ignore the fact that each of those on the other side of the aisle are as well. This "condition" is not unique to one Donald Trump.

Dumbing this down on the secondary point...You try to say that Trumps life isn't hard, because he is rich (like Hillary and the rest). My point was he wasn't always rich. He may not live a hard life now, but I'm sure he hasn't forgotten what "hard" was like. He didn't grow up like Chelsea Clinton. Do you understand that rebuttal?

SMH man, wake up. Now you have me chuckling.

He/she/it's just another typical libtard that is jealous of anyone who's successful.

Funny how you don't dispute the fact that your angry and bitter. It must suck to be a miserable wretch.

Have you even read this man's biography. He went from a private school, to a military academy, to a prep school. To bad he didn't put the military academy to work in the 60's. When he wanted to get going his father gave him a small loan of a million dollars. Wow that sounds hard. Hard as ****** nails.
And why am I talking to you anyway. You sound SO SOFT. SO WEAK

Yep, Obama grew up in such hard circumstances: http://www.americanthinker.com/blog...bama_keep_up_pretense_of_growing_up_poor.html

Hillary: " Hillary grew up in the upscale Chicago suburb of Park Ridge."

Sanders: While he grew up in a modest income home, he's managed to use his political career to benefit his family. "Bernie Sanders used campaign donations to pay his wife and stepdaughter more than $150,000 for campaign-related work since 2000, according to records filed with the Federal Election Commission." While he is not uber rich, he does have a net worth of $700,000.

Bill Clinton's net worth is around $55Million.

So I'll go back to the discussion. You wanted to try and draw some line in the sand, about how Trump is rich and is waited on hand and foot. As if this differentiates him from those he's competing against. Can you justify that differentiation?

They are all rich, to one degree or another.

And yes, America has gone soft. Don't believe me? Just ask one B. Hussein Obama: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/nov/16/are-americans-soft-as-always/?page=all

“This is a great, great country that had gotten a little soft, and we didn’t have the same competitive edge that we needed.” - President Obama

Next?

Trump is rich and is waited on hand and foot. As if this differentiates him from those he's competing against. Can you justify that differentiation?

One big difference is that Trump uses his own money. The others use taxpayer money and also money from donors that they are beholden to. They don't spend a dime of their own cash.

Yet still which of those wealthy people is running on a platform of making America strong again because it has grown soft and Weak.
SO SOFT SO WEAK.

Trumps whole business life is based on using borrowed money.

Part of business involves borrowing money to invest in something that will earn you a higher rate of return than what you are paying on the borrowed money. I'd expect this to be more true in the commercial real estate business. It is why the Feds are, artificially, keeping the prime rate low. How do you not know this?

He hasn't written that chapter yet.
