Trump - Make America Great Again!

The problem is there is no way to "make our high schools good enough". In our bad schools are a bunch of ****** up kids who have never really been parented since birth. There is nothing we are going to be able to do for any school that is going to educate these kids. The only thing we can do is institute school choice, allow those who are able to qualify academically to take their tax dollars with them, to private schools, so that the disadvantaged families who still manage to parent their children aren't forced by geography to attend schools with a bunch of idiot thugs.

You could just actually discipline the idiot thugs and boot them out of those classes. Put them in boot camp-likeep schools leaving the kids who want to learn.

Ark...come on man, now you want to go back into the dark ages before disparate impact, before we knew how to distinguish disproportionate "adverse impact" on persons in a protected class. We now know how this is related to an achievement gap and the persistence of race-based disparities in school disciplinary actions. To return to the Machiavellian systems of order and discipline would conclude that both out-of-school and in-school suspensions prohibit students from participating in the daily activities inherent to quality schooling and arguably violate their right to education.

In short, you ain't gonna do **** to them kids, 'cause if you try we gonna cut yo *** off at the knees. Leave dem kids be now you, they good kids, jus a little on the wild side.

It would be nice to see them taught a trade though, the lack of shop and home economics type classes baffles me.

Meh, no big deal. Iowa always votes for the Jesus freaks. Huckabee and Santorum were the last two winners of their ****** up caucus. How'd that work out? I still expect Trump to roll.

Cruz/Rubio=winning ticket hands down

Maybe, but I don't know that a double Hispanic ticket will fly. Rubio is a shoe-in for VP if he doesn't win the nomination to bring in Florida. If he does win then I'd look for Paul or Fiorina to be his VP.

Problem is that very often the first half dozens states determine the nominees because if someone wins most of them then the money dries up for everyone else. At least Trump has enough money to keep going and keep it interesting if need be.

Cruz/Rubio don't like each other, not going to work. Rubio/Kasich would be interesting.

North Allegheny was light years ahead of their time, they had a technical school option (and a rather good one)
back in the 70's. High schools should be teaching entrepreneurial skills as well.

Rubio/Kasich would, probably, win, too.

Big test is where the drop out vote goes

Hmm, started a response. must not have clicked Post.

Rubio is more establishment friendly than the others. Cruz more evangelical. Huckabee is very big government and evangelical. Both of his supporters might split to Rubio and Cruz.

Carson should drop out. Not sure who is supporters are or where they might turn. Maybe, to the least establishment politician who seems calm(ish), i.e. Cruz.

Glad Trump lost Iowa. **** him and his showmanship. Pulling for Carson, Cruz, Rubio in that order.

TRUMP: 'Let's beat the **** out of ISIS!'

“If we are attacked, somebody attacks us, wouldn’t you rather have Trump as president if we’re attacked?” Trump said. “Oh, we’ll beat the sh*t out of them.”

“And speaking of potential — because he hates Obama so much — Putin, he said ‘Donald Trump is a genius,’ and he’s the real leader over in that country,” Trump said.

“I’m not disavowing that he called me genius, are you crazy? Don’t worry, I can’t be seduced,” he added.

Trump urged better relations with Russia.

“But wouldn’t it be nice… if we actually got along with Russia and others, and we can use them to knock out ISIS with us so that maybe we don’t always have to pay for it… Knock the hell out of them, but let them drop some of their bombs that cost $1 million apiece. Let them use some of their weapons that cost billions of dollars,” Trump said.

“Let them beat the sh*t out of ISIS also, right? Right?” he added.

If it turns out to be Rubio, would love to see him tag Paul.

Heard Trump interviewed on GMA this morning. It make me think two things. As often as he is interviewed on TV, almost constantly, does he ever sleep and he must have a hellacious cell phone battery.

He was on Today this morning too. They say he's spent around 20 times less than the other top candidates have.

Crap. Rand was my guy.

His daddy was my guy for years, now young Rand has his hands full trying to keep his Senate seat. It was smart for him to get his priority's straight, we'll need him down the line.

I finally relegated the tee shirt to a spot on a wall in the barn....

Depends who else the GOP puts up for me. Trump or Cruz I'm in, anybody else I'm voting Libertarian.
The idea of President Trump pissing off the Democrats because he doesn't have to worry about raising campaign money has a certain cache to it though.

There are still vocational technical high schools all over PA.

Rubio Kasich will be seen as too RINO. If Rubio is the nominee he's got to have a more hardcore conservative for a VP.

Rubio's a chump. Bought by and a slave to donors and super pacs. He doesn't even bother to show up to vote on anything. **** that guy.
