It's likely to be anti-SLAPPed. SLAPP stands for "strategic lawsuit against public participation," and refers to someone filing suit for the defendant's involvement in a protected activity.
Here, the porn star filed a lawsuit. She said as part of that lawsuit that some stranger supposedly approached her in a parking lot. Trump said, "bullshit." All those communications - from the porn star, her lawyer, Trump, Trump's lawyer - are protected by the litigation privilege. Also, where a defendant sued for engaging in protected conduct covered by the SLAPP law wins, the losing plaintiff pays attorney fees.
