We have the #1 offense in the league yards per game

Todd Haley approves of this thread. He has called a couple great games in a row...gotta give him that.

Haley is a good OC. Glad they are working out the wrinkles....now the D needs to be there every week.

Glad to see these offensive weapons we drafted stepping up, way to go. AB just can't be covered.

Offense has looked good the last few weeks....the problem with Haley and this team is their inconsistency. Right now they look like a team hitting their stride at that perfect time, however it wouldn't surprise me if we came out and score 9 points next week. We have the offensive weapons and the defense is slowly making strides. I think we win out and win the division. All we can ask for is a chance in the playoffs.

If you think, two of those weeks was pure stubborness by the coaching staff to force the run and then force the pass against Jacksonville and Cleveland, I believe.

KUDOS to those involved, all the way from top to bottom.

Salute the nation

Not going to say they were bad but the O only scored 20 this week. They should put up 30 by themselves.

The offense always leaves points on the field...but they are improving....Bell has a lot to do with that because Ben uses him much more out of the backfield, esp on passing downs. He can check down to Bell now instead of havin to hold the ball

I was thinking the same thing so I looked and we are 6th in scoring and 7th in touchdowns. As a fan it seems like we could be so much better but our stats are pretty good. The problem is our defense has not been up to par and that over shadows how good our offense has been. I hope the defense can put a little run together cause this team could be pretty unstoppable.

I'm curious to know where the Steelers rank in red zone offense.

Likely not stellar. The Steelers gobble up yards on the ground and in the air to only shoot themselves with an untimely penalty or can't cross the goal line on 3rd & goal and have to settle for FG' s.

Take out the 4 pick 6s the defense has scored on and our scoring offense looks more pedestrian

Kudos to TH and the offense. These numbers, and Ben's, Bell's and Brown's career years are awesome.

But all I really care about is winning in the playoffs.

Now that is what counts most. The Prize!!!!

Stats are pretty good. We do seem to leave so much on the field. To compete with the Patsies and Denver in the playoffs, I think we need to be clicking on all cylinders. That means well over 30 points a game and maybe even 40. As long as we get the W, that's all that really matters. If the team can win the next 2 games, I doubt any coaching changes happen other than LeBeau still possibly retiring.

Heck, winning out and winning the division might get Tomlin coach of the year consideration.

Three Haley references and not one of you ******** posted the obligatory wife photos. I'm disppointed with the three of you. Go to your rooms.

I think we are #6 in total points...but at 27.8 this is the highest avg in decades.......historically under Ben, we have been around 21-23 pts per game

That's not bad...you know what's scary ? They are actually much better than that.

I would like to see more production points wise. In the grand scheme of things yards between the 20s don't mean much.

With the emergence of Martavius, this will give Ben a viable Red Zone target. Hopefully those trips inside the 10 yd line will net 6 instead of 3 and boost that avg which results in more wins most likely. Another season under Haley/Munchak should see this offense become even more potent. Wheaton is improving, Bryant has exceeded all expectation and Antonio is all-world. Heath is under-used ............my only gripe.

If we can only get this defense shored up we would be serious Super Bowl contenders........no doubt about it.
