I know we don't have the players on defense and a secondary that has to be the worst in the NFL but Tomlin has helped in the years in Pittsburgh lose their identity. Another example where even with a week off we allow a four win team to put it to us.

I'm done with Mike Tomlin and his constant under achieving teams! This guy won a Super Bowl with the team Cowher built. He's done nothing since! This team has aged and when your best defensive guys are Brett Keisel, Ike Taylor, James Harrison & Troy Polamalu all from the Cowher era it's time to terminate Mike Tomlin as Head Coach of this proud Steelers organization!

I don't care how difficult they say Jim Harbaugh is to work with. The guy is a winner and he has shown that in college and the pros. He's got a team with a Kordell-esque QB who might actually be a worse passer than Kordell was as a Steeler and for 3 straight years he's taken that team to the NFC Championship game and one appearance in the Super Bowl too. I love how he gets the most out of his players and I love his intensity! A head coach is not suppose to be liked! Don't give me a player's coach! Give me a guy who wants to impose his teams will on their opponent!

So we give the 49'ers our 1st rounder in 2015 and another conditional pick in 2016. Tomlin & Colbert typically blow chunks when picking our first rounder anyway so **** IT!

And that's been my argument since his 4 th game. You could see it from the beginning and a great pres, vp etc would get rid of the problem before it brings you down. I think the steelers did see it there was talk he was almost gone after the 09 season if the steelers didn't finish strong. Problem is what has changed since then for him to survive the last 2 years

Timing is everything. At that particular time none of the people rumored to be available or in the hunt impressed me. If there is a chance to make a change with a coach and GM who would be obvious improvements I'm all in at this point. After the season is over it'll be time to look at it, as of now nobody is going anywhere and the available coaches aren't all that clear either.

Harbaugh took over a team that hadn't topped .500 in eight years. They've played in the NFCCG every year he's been coach, with one Super Bowl appearance. Their average rank in point differential was 24th over that span; it's 4th through Harbaugh's first three years. They had two All-Pros; Harbaugh drafted another in his second draft.

let us not forget Tomlin has let 3 good prospects this season get plucked from our practice squad....OT - Wesley Johnson to the JETS, DT - Nick Williams to the CHIEFS, DE - Josh Mauro to the Cardinals...(the kid has 2 sacks in 5 quarters of actual gameplay.....how this kid was made to sit on the practice squad while Cam "TUBBY" Thomas got a roster spot and has not done a G'damn thing is another reason Tomlin has gotta go.

Turn on the Cardinals game right now and watch Mauro....he already looks better than any defensive linemen on our roster! That's a TRAGEDY!

Personally, I'd take the current 49er team over this inconsistent, soft bunch of underachievers. At times, they at least play hard and looks like they wanna win. You can't say that with the Steelers. hew was too stubborn to cut thomas after they brought him in free agency , now we lose kiesel for season and we don't have the replacement ..and thomas will play even more ... tomlin is just not able to coach a team .period
