Why Trump will win

There is some media bias against Trump,
Some? What deserted island have you been living on for the past 4 years? Journalism is dead. The media now consists of political advocates. That disease infected them long before Trump.

Be honest. You probably thought the Mueller SC was a legit investigation?

Some people out there still swear the NFL and NBA ratings plummet have nothing to do with the protests and wokeness.

That horse **** story bows my mind. Just the few I hang with at the gym, all die hard eagles are like me and haven’t watched a game. And we all know why. And it’s killing all of us, but are peaceful protest. Other reasons lol. **** off news

On the polls, perhaps it's easy on the web or to say something on the phone. But voting isn't either.

I have some background in print journalism, and I can tell you that all legitimate journalists try to be objective, but they are ultimately people with their own political beliefs.

Trump is like the devil to them.

This is not about journalism. They are just paid media for the globalist who bought out most of the MSM.
They have their marching orders.

There is some media bias against Trump, as most people in the press are strong liberal types, but let's not pretend that Trump has not put a lot of this **** on himself.

There was "some" media bias perhaps in 1964.

During the Bush administration the media was horribly based but at least pretended to be fair.

They remain biased, except today they don't even try to act like they're not. It has become their duty to destroy this president, they do it openly and couldn't care less what the public thinks.

Not just Trump but any and all Republicans.

Contrast with Chris Matthews who in 2008 said concerning President-Elect Obama, "it's my job...to help this President do well."

The Five Thirty Eight now has Biden an 88% chance of winning. And they have the Senate flipping as well (but that is close).

Sounds like the Senate is really the most important thing right now. Iowa, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia are very important. I can't imagine Biden drawing out the black vote enough to throw those mid-Atlantic states blue, but that appears to be the big concern among Republicans.

Sounds like the West (Colorado and Arizona) are lost. So is Maine. But Republicans get Alabama back. We can live with those changes.

If we lose North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, that would be a very, very bad night for Republicans. I'm pretty sure Graham wins in SC, but man, the fact these are even CLOSE is not a good sign.

A good night for Republicans would be a close, contested Presidential election and all signs pointing to Republicans winning Senate seats in Iowa, North Carolina, and Georgie (thus retaining a 51-49 edge).

The spineless Republicans losing will just increase the speed we will be heading towards a civil war. Spineless Republicans winning will not reverse anything as they are also complicit in the problems.

Five Thirty Eight is a horribly sourced poll. They have Biden winning over 400 electoral votes and winning Texas. He has Biden more likely to win Alaska than Trump to win the overall election. It's a terrible poll. I've seen the polling in Texas. Reps are doing better in 2020 with early voting than in 2016. Trump will win Texas by 3-5%. Count on it. He's just telling his readers what they want to hear. It was wrong in the 2016 election and it will be wrong (even if Trump doesn't win) on Nov. 3rd.

The only poll that matters is taken on November 3rd. Convince others to vote, and get off your *** and do so as well.

I have some background in adult entertainment, and I can tell you that all legitimate callgirls try to be completely honest and hygienic, but they are ultimately people with their own serious psychological problems (I don't really have a background in adult entertainment, this was just presented to help exemplify how ridiculous your comment was).

Trump is like the devil to them.

The, the (shudders) Devil? Satan, Lucifer, Beelzebub? Do tell, why in the world do they think this and why do they let him have such ridiculous influence over them? Read your post over again and just try to understand how ludicrous it sounds.

Your posts are starting to remind me of these lunatics:

The funny part (not haha funny) is that even if he wanted to, Trump cannot do the things they are afraid of him doing. Lets say, for example, that Trump was trying to consolidate power and become (gasp) a dictator. First, there are protections in the constitution against that. Second, no freedom loving American, conservative or otherwise would stand for it. And if he did try to consolidate power and freedom loving Americans actually backed that nonsense, I would proudly shoot them myself.

The irony in this is that what these morons are clamoring for is much, much closer to dictatorship than what they fear from Trump. They clamor for this sort of autocracy where there is one party, one ideology, and those who don't fall in line are to be drug into the street and shot. Their problem isn't with dictatorship so much as who the dictator is. It has to be the "correct" dictator.

They've already proven they support censorship as long as the right people are being censored. The slippery slope is getting shorter and steeper. Who can stop it now?

They see socialism as a form of equality, never understanding that historically it has failed miserably everywhere it has been tried and has lead to nothing but corruption, misery, suffering, murder and.....dictatorships. Further, the rich will still be rich, there will still be a ruling class, the peasants will just be equally miserable and poor.

They're gonna get what they want. It may not be 2020 or 2024, but eventually they will get what they want. The media, public schools, colleges and universities will see to it. Will be interesting to see how many videos they make about how unhappy they are when you aren't allowed to speak out against the government. Wish I could say it was going to be fun seeing them get what they want.

Jeffrey Toobin was masturbating in front of New Yorker bigs, report says

Now he is the talk of the town.

The New Yorker writer and CNN analyst Jeffrey Toobin didn’t just expose himself during a Zoom work meeting — he was allegedly caught masturbating in the call with some of magazine’s biggest names and has now been suspended from the publication.

“I made an embarrassingly stupid mistake, believing I was off-camera,’’ the 60-year-old married Harvard Law School grad said in a stunning admission to Vice, which broke news of the cringe-worthy incident Monday.

“I believed I was not visible on Zoom. I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted the Zoom video,’’ he said.

“I apologize to my wife, family, friends and co-workers.’’

Two people on the video call told Vice the virtual gathering was part of an election simulation last week that included New Yorker notables such as Jane Mayer, Evan Osnos, Masha Gessen and Jelani Cobb, as well as producers from the magazine and WNYC public radio.

The two sources said that at one point, it looked as if Toobin was taking another call and lowered his camera, and that’s when they saw him getting to work — on himself.

It was unclear what, if anything, others on the virtual call saw.

During the simulation, Osnos had been playing the role of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, Gessen was President Trump, Mayer represented establishment Republicans, and Cobb stood in for the Democrats, the sources told Vice.

Toobin was supposed to be playing the part of the courts, while Andrew Marantz represented the far right, Sue Halpern was the left and Dexter Filkins stood in for the military.

At one point, there was a break for those playing Democrats and Republicans to strategize together, and that’s when sources told Vice they saw Toobin pleasuring himself.

He then left the Zoom chat for a few moments and called back in — apparently unaware that his camera had been kept on for at least part of his sex act, the sources said.

A spokeswoman for the New Yorker said, “Jeffrey Toobin has been suspended while we investigate the matter.”

The magazine’s editor, David Remnick, added in an e-mail to staffers, “Dear All, As you may have read in various news reports today, one of our writers, Jeff Toobin, was suspended after an incident on a Zoom call last week,’’ according to Vice.

“Please be assured that we take such matters seriously and that we are looking into it. Best, David,’’ Remnick said.

CNN added that Toobin would be taking time off from the cable network where he is a senior legal analyst.

“Jeff Toobin has asked for some time off while he deals with a personal issue, which we have granted,” a network rep said.

Toobin, a New Yorker staff writer, famously covered the OJ Simpson trial for the mag in the 1990s. He turned his coverage into a book, which fueled FX’s “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story’’ in 2016.

He is a prolific author who also has written tomes about everything from the US Supreme Court to onetime kidnapped heiress Patty Hearst.
Toobin did not return requests for comment from The Post.

But Monday wasn’t the first time he’s been in the news over a personal controversy.

In 2008, it was rumored that he was the father of a love child with lawyer Casey Greenfield, the daughter of TV political pundit Jeff Greenfield — who was working at CNN at the time.

Toobin — married since 1986 to former Harvard classmate Amy McIntosh, with whom he has a son and daughter — was eventually proven to be the father’s child, according to reports.

WTF? You couldn't wait an hour or so to rub one out? 2020 strikes again? I got nothing. Laughing too hard.
