When building a management team its always beneficial to achieve long term success to have a good mix of very experienced and lesser experienced employees..

Just remember, sometimes new shiny bright objects tend to flame out quickly if not guided properly..
I'm in favor of the current leadership team build for the Steelers, and the appropriate mix of experience, especially if they can get Tolien to jump ship from New Orleans for the OC role.
