Browns twice, Bucs, jags, and texans in the first seven weeks. Should set up well for a strong start. Course I thought that last year too

Sticking it to the Steelers early. The open with Cleveland and then, 4 days later, play the Ravens on Thursday night......

Ravens have to play the Bengals while we play the browns. Might not be too bad for us they could be tired and banged up as well. I have never liked the Thursday night games when a team has to play 4 days after a Sunday game. I have always felt it detracts from the quality of the game. If they really want to have the odd net work have games put them on Saturday night, with the rule that all teams playing on Saturday will have had to be on a bye or a Sunday game the previous week. Thursday night football has been one of the dumbest ideas they have had so far.

This shows the NFL thinks AFC North will be between Steelers and Bengals.

Week 12 is a good week for a bye. It sucks that the steelers seem to get an early bye pretty often. Good to have a late bye for a change.

Tough close to the season. Possible 5 straight playoff teams

Early season schedule is easy on paper. Can't drop the ball like they did last year.

They put our Bye in WK 12 because the Steelers finished 6-2 last year.

**** Goodell

by Week 12, we're usually beaten down, bruised and hurting.

Love that we have a late bye this year.

Tenn, KC are both central.

KC is home. I guess Tenn is central but it's a night game and a short trip so no travel effects. The point is not much travel for the Steelers which is good because Tomlin's record outside the east time zone is horrible. How many losses before he believes in jetlag? That London game vs the Vikes was pathetic.

11-5 at the very best. these are not your losers schedules. we lose 3 of the last 5 and stumble into the playoffs. Not a bad situation but could be better early on. We do not typically start strong and could end up 9-7 0r 8-8 again easily. Not ******** on my team BUT we do better with CANNOT win schedules than creampuff ones!

I don't count on any games any more. The team has gone into the games like they were already counting on the wins as well and lost games to really poor teams. Last year was a good example. I always hope for them to win but the way things have gone I don't think we can count on it. We have been hit hard with injuries in training camp or preseason games in the past and have had really strange off the field injuries in the past as well. Think of Ben's accident, Adams getting stabbed, injuries early on Pouncey, and that kid they liked at linebacker can't recall his name.

With all the tough luck that has hit lately I am not going to count on any games as we should win anymore. I'll just watch with guarded optimism and hope we squeak one out.

All those 1pm start times really **** with my drinking schedule! Can't drink all day if you dont start in the morning I guess.

Bullshit.....I'm the Commish and all I care about is the reven....er,uh....fans. Yeah that's it, the fans.

Get your Thursday night package down to 9-10 games strategically placed. With the UK games get it up to 12 games, all on Thursday Night (including UK games). That is 24 teams playing on a rotational basis. Make the Thursday game the first game of the week. Bye every team the week before their Thursday Game and that gives them 9 days off before the next game. You would only play that one game over the course of 16 days and teams could really use it to heal up. Don't start the package until the fifth week of the season when teams start the bye rotation. Consistently try put relevant divisional matchups on the schedule. SEE MR. GOODELL WAS THAT REALLY SO DIFFICULT.

Am I the only one that thinks that the Steelers/Ravens Thursday night game is an attempt to get people to WATCH the games on Thursday nights ..

I hate Thursday night games
