2016-2017 Pens----Still with 100% more Kessel

Haha. I can't help it sometimes. I get this vibe I can't shake until I see something that shakes it. Like pucks in the back of the net or a trickle over..whatever works. Of course defending our end will be equally important. Regardless they must hold serve at home next game. Boy we could sure use letang right now.

Hockey has more momentum swings than any sport. Just when you think all lost you hit a hot streak & just like when you think you got it made, the floor drops out from underneath. I love it

That was an amazing play by Murray to block the wraparound. That was a goal by a mile if he doesn't touch it, and he made it as close as you could. No goalie other than Hassek, have I seen make that save.

Pens are losing out on cashing in on their great chances. Rust actually stopped the puck from going in on that last net crash. Guentz misses an open net. We miss 2 open breakaways and they hit on their only one.

Great hockey to watch either way tonight.

Looks like Rinne tweaked his left calf. I've done that...

1 goal last game and 1 goal this game so far. That's not going to cut it when you rely on offense to carry you. Oh more catfish..so lazy letting them gain the zone and set up.

If the Pens don't find it in their hearts to play more aggressively, defend better in front of the goalie and tilt the ******* ice more consistently (instead of in spurts), they're going to have trouble. Even at home.

Am I seeing/saying that right?

What a dive...

Agreed. This looks like absolute ****. They're capable of so much more. So it's frustrating to watch

This

Pens have had so many great chances

What an amazing return by Subban after he had his leg broken on that weak shot. If you stop play for a suspected injury that player should have to be off the ice for a minimum 5 minutes

Soooo, Bonino makes that much of a difference? If the Pens somehow win, maybe he should be up for the Smythe (tongue in cheek). But seriously, has ANYONE seen Kessel in this series? Anyone?

Well ... **** ... seriously, my "vibe" for this series has taken as big a nose dive as Kessel's production.

Chin up buttercup.
Pens did a lot of things right. Just a game of inches tonight. Looked like Anderson(Ottawa) again

That's the way the fish falls. Better find a way to eliminate the turnovers and win at home.

I want to see Rinne play like this in Pittsburgh....

The Preds and their bandwagon redneck fan base already think they won the cup.

Let them. Still best of 3. Sucks losing. But live to fight another day. Pittsburgh needs to be hostile

******* catfish. Winning next game is a must. Then we lose. Then win game 7 at home and all is well.

Just another couple random thoughts because I didn't see Saturday's game ... Is Daley hurt or something? And is Maata as slow as he appears or is he still working his way back to health after last year's cancer battle and other injuries?
