Pens looking good on the offensive rushes. Sheary had a nice take takeaway and shot. Hopefully these pucks hit the back of the net. Could easily be a 3-1 game for the Pens
 
Clean play by Jusi Jokinen. Bad move by Dumo. Liked Jokinen when he was a Pen. Never a dirty player
 
Thank god for highlights..haha. Nice win! Great work on the Crosby line..woot. Next.

Team had a complete effort after the 2nd. I thought the entire team played well. FLA had their chances, but the Pens took advantage. Ian Cole created plays today and was very underrated. The same can be said for Sestito, I haven't really gotten a look at WBS, so I see him as a goon, but when he plays hockey, he can distribute the puck well. And Kunhackle. Kid drives to the net but cannot put the puck in lol
 
Disco Dan and his Buffalo soldiers are a team on the rise. Good for him.

Hard not to root for Disco Dan. He fielded some great teams with iffy goaltending. I thought that 2012-2013 team could've got the job done. Some guys on Buffalo are easy to root for as well. I like Eichel and Evander Kane

Pens up 1-0. Tremendous opportunities to score. Should be 4-0. Guentzel took a nasty cheap hit in the 1st. Hope he's ok
 
Pens win 3-1

Clinch a playoff spot for the 11th consecutive season. Sid lost a tooth in the process. Glad he's ok

Guentzel is out with a concussion. From an article on Yahoo Sports:

Forward Jake Guentzel sustained a concussion about nine minutes in when he was blindsided by defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen, who was issued a five-minute major and ejected for interference. Guentzel was crossing his own blue line when he lost the puck and turned his head just as Ristolainen hit him.

Gotta start tapping into the Wheeling Nailers for reserves lol. There are a few speedster guys on that team. Unsure how'd they fit into the Pens system
 
the rest of the season doesn't matter, we're pretty much locked into playing Colombus now in the 1st rd

they will be tough, but not CBJ tough. That will be a helluva series. They keep talking how they want the Pens. . . they probably will get their wish.

Got to beat the best to be the best. I like the Pens chances against anyone. They need to get healthy. Got to have all of the horses in the stable ready to go.

CBJ is physical and can play a good game. The leafs can match the Pens speed and kept up quite well. The inexperience may hurt them. But that Auston Matthews and the rest of the leafs youngsters wow me. I think the Pens can take anybody in a series too. The bodies just need to hold up. CBJ and WAS are the two who can beat the Pens based on physicality
 
I take a healthy Pens group against anyone. As currently constructed, I am stunned that they keep winning. Crazy.
