I hate these West Coast games. Late starts, never make it to the end.
 
They looked like the Stanley Cup Champs with Murray in there and the whole team back. They were all over the Ducks the last two periods

I think he got sent back down since Letang is healthy. Other than that 5 goal night is a confidence booster

Murray looked damn good last night. I think MAF is getting the start against the kings though.

yeah, no prob - they can rest em both throughout the year or run with the hot hand - no need for back to back games

I think back to back games or three games in a row can help keep the guys in a groove. I'd like to see Murray start the whole west coast trip and give MAF a go in Pit against Edmonton. Gotta keep both guys ready but rested
 
I hate to look ahead.......but I will. I am really looking forward to the Edmonton game.
 
That was cheap by Doughty. I hope Sestito roughs him up 2nd period. Pens need to just skate past these guys. Kings are sloooow
 
Fleury the sieve lets in another softie - he looks like ****, fumbling the puck all over, cocky Pens playing globetrotters with thread the needle passes that never work

3 on 3 - Lazy *** Malkin goes circling around to nowhere as two Pens behind the net battle for the puck, puck comes out, man alone right in front of the net - **** you, easy score

MAF looked like **** last night. That loss was on him. I dont like Malkin and Phil on the same line. They dont click at all
 
Pens @ Sharks tomorrow
Pens need to just skate and stay out of the box. The Sharks have a strong PP game and Burns likes to let off one timers. Get recuperated tonight and go 2 for 3 on this west coast trip.

Last nights game bothered me, cause the Pens could've controlled that game with their speed. The Kings first goal was a bad mess up by MAF. He looked out of it. Cannot stand Cali teams. Lol
 
It just looked like they weren't interested in playing for Fleury after he gave up that first slop goal - I think the team is done with him. Their whole attitude was different with him in there now that Murray is back.
 
ok, MAF let in two crap goals.....but when a team with all this fire power loses cos they can't score three, it's tough to blame the goalie....they looked disinterested and lazy, and couldn't get a puck through the neutral zone for ****, and couldn't keep it in the Kings end except for about 10 minutes out of 60

Pens own the sharks 5-0

They played harder the 3rd period to keep the shutout than they did the whole last game
 
Good game by the Pens. They played with purpose tonight. Liked the hustle from the 3rd/4th lines. Sid is on a whole different level right now. Gotta stay out of the box, but the Pens killed a good PP team in the Sharks. I think the back to back games in SoCal affected them. They looked sharp and on point passing tonight

I can't see them keeping fluery the whole season. That's a massive salary to no longer be "the"guy in net.
