Another bad missed call. They still got the win. Caps have a series ahead of them
 
Caps SUCK! They look old and slow.

Leafs had the game won, they were skating circles around them all night, they blow another 2-0 lead...stupid lazy goalie

They're feeling the pressure. I thought Nylander and Van Reimsdyke were looking decent. Auston Matthews needs to get
on his game. I think the caps came in too hyped. The fans are nervous

If this series continues the way it looked last night, the turkey will be on the table for the Pens in the second round.
 
The goalie for the Leafs lost that game for them. The defense actually played well.

One Game at a Time


There's a real chance we won't see Murray these playoffs. A groin injury can take a very long time to heal.

Needless to say, that's not a good thing for a goaltender. Fleury played as well as one could hope for any goaltender in Game 1. The Pens will need this level to continue to have any chance.
 
Im not sure I want Kunitz back right away, maybe on the 4th line, he's too slow and they always move him up to Sid's line

Kunitz would fare well in the series cause he could hit. I think
Rowney and Wilson will do for now
 
I don't want to get in a slugfest with Columbus, just keep doing what they're doing and outscore them with more good chances from the young legs

Finally found an HD Feed. Watched the first 2 periods like I was on 1990s antenna...
 
Pens played hockey and didn't retaliate. Pens are doing well. Keep playing the game boys. There will he a chance for retribution

Do you have the local root sports channels? That could be my only guess. I get blacked out on AZ and Colorado games. But there are other channels that carry the game. Check the other alternate channels if you're blacked out next time
 
I will say this, the refs have to get the Jackets under control. There is a difference between hard nosed playoff hockey and the **** the Jackets are pulling. Ridiculous. That garbage needs to be eliminated from the game. There will never be another Lemieux or Gretzky because any player with great skill is gonna get hacked, held, cross checked etc until it is called. Guys like Crosby, Ovechkin and McDavid shouldn't be struggling to score 100 points. They are too good for that.

Hartnell and Savaard have been out of hand these past two games. The rest of the bj's are following now. I liked the shift by Rowney where he had two good checks against the boards. The Pens should show they will not be pushed around, but at the same time stick to hockey
