2024 draft simulator.

Now that the Steelers have made a splash play and followed it up with getting rid of our WR1 a/b and our QB1 (in actuality our QB2 but our QB on the roster who would take over again when Wilson is gone.) to leave too big holes to fill. It makes drafting so much harder. WR and QB are now in our top needs. We just don't have enough picks so I dropped back and got an extra 2nd and 3rd round pick. The way this draft unfolded, Newton was there and is arguably the best (at least in the top 3) DL in the draft. I grabbed Nix as our QB of the future who can sit behind Wilson. I snagged our C with Van Pran who at one point was considered the best C in the draft. Walker is a good WR. Kiran has all the tools to be able to work into the starting lineup. I rounded the draft out with a S, CB, LB and another speedy (but small) WR.

Yes, sir! I could deal with this draft. No way Roman lasts that long but I think we need a WR like him. Quick and fast. JPJ and Sweat can start immediately as should Roman or at least have significant contributions. We need that in a big way from all 3. Sweat is a big NT but he is athletic enough to do more. He can easily command double teams and free up the rest of the DL to do what they do.

Two Centers and who is the Steelers 2nd WR? 🤔

a little to much trading down, some camp bodies, and some wild cards
20 Jackson Powers day 1 starter
58 rt paul big Massive ol should start day 1 Marcus Gilbert like rt
84 dt Mason Smith 6"6 315 big 1t to groom to take cams spot
91 lb trottier long term lb next to queen
98 wr McMillian 6"1 fast and good hands
115 eventually will replace Daniels, the kid has a steelers leadership pedigree, was born captain, and will bring the type of leadership Ragu brought
184 CB Dixon, a good sized prospect was pretty good
202 P Taylor challanges fa signing and maybe wins
245 S Hampton

well, with Barton, you can plug him in anywhere ... like RT.

read up on Jalen Coker. they're saying he could be this year's Puka

Doubt Latham lasts until #20 ......... but this draft would sure change the outlook of our O-line ( Jones , Seumalo, Frazier, Daniels, Latham ) would be sweet

WR not addressed ...... but the Kahn may improve that before the draft

This would be a solid draft for the Steelers. I get Barton in the first and love Franklin and Sainristill. For the fun of it, I'll change these picks for my mock.

1.20 Jackson Powers-Johnson, C, Oregon
It's just a gaping hole in the roster and thinking long-term, if Justin Fields has any chance of being the answer moving forward, solidify the offensive line.

2.51 Roman Wilson, WR, Michigan
I think he's a receiver who will be better in the NFL than he was in college. He's also a change of pace from some of the receivers they've brought in and the type of guy you want in the locker room.

3.84 Kris Jenkins, DL, Michigan
Another Michigan prospect. We know Tomlin loves bloodlines and Jenkins fits the bill. Adds young depth with starting potential. Nice pairing with Benton moving into the future.

3.98 Kris Abrams-Draine, CB, Wake Forest
Trying to find a young option to win the NCB job.

4.119 Calen Bullock, S, USC
Safety is another area where the Steelers could use depth. Bullock has starting potential.
