AB accused of Rape (update dipshit released by pats)

I don't see why Tomlin is at fault for ABs stupidity. I don't care really even if he is somehow.

But Tomlin Is to blame for the ****** planning and lack of preparation, without a doubt. He had a load of talent and a big enough window to win at least one SB with them, instead his teams always underachieved, badly. I mean huge names like Ben, Brown, Bell, Shazier, heyward, DeCastro , Pouncey, Juju all in the same roster and wasted

No one is blaming Tomlin for AB's stupidity. I'm blaming him for allowing him to be a distraction for so long. To your point about not winning with all this talent: Maybe the distraction of AB and him always begging for the ball and throwing fits if he didn't get his way contributed to the issues? Most teams that win the SB aren't the most talented. They are the best at playing as a team. That's hard to do when you have a super star who isn't a team guy. AB is a ME guy.

Maybe contributed some but a bigger issue was the ****** D strategy and ****** game plan and adjustment

Yes, it all blew up in their face. Which is usually what happens when people try to cover up things. Bell and AB are to blame for how they acted. Tomlin is to blame for letting them infect the team with their BS. The Steelers are known for drafting WRs. They've had great WRs for years. They could have stocked up on players, moved up to get other players ETC.. if they trade these malcontents years ago. But no. Tomlin keeps tapping it down and covering it up. Now he's wasted years of a HOF QBs career and years of everyone's time because he wanted to play psychiatrist. Great.

Bell? Tomlin had nothing to do with the contract situation. Bell locker room issue was contract related, not coaching related.

He isn't going to like not getting employee of the month.

Nah, everything is Tomlin's fault, including if they run out of napkins at the concession stands at Heinz Field. Everyone knows that.

I don't disagree with that. However having AB making your franchise QB's life miserable isn't helping that. They aren't mutually exclusive.

I wasn't referring to the contract situation. When he left the players cleaned out his locker. I've never heard of that before. Obviously there was more going on than just the contract dispute. Did they even clean out ABs locker after he left? And i don't mean "cleaned out" as in they cleaned it. They literally looted his locker.

Look, only one or two of those guys is any good in the Tampa 2.

I'm pretty sure Tomlin was responsible for the Kennywood ketchup situation.

Looking forward to the “I’m broke” interview.

If he doesn't beg a team who's desperate at the position to give him one more chance, it's going to be coming sooner rather than later.

Not that I wish ill on him but I think within two years he'll be dead, in jail, or broke, or some combination of those things.

it all started with Wallace and the "Young Money" bullshit.
Wallace got too big for his one trick pony skillset, AB got paid early and Sanders -- maybe the most mature of the bunch -- had to leave to get paid.....all because Ben, at undermarket QB rates, allowed his teamates to get paid, well paid, while he found ways to jam balls into the whiner's hands.
We are gonna miss Ben, soon.

Ben always got market value on his contract from what I recall....up to his last extension.

I do not think so. He is very well paid, but has never had that biggest QB contract, like many others have.

It would be great to see him stacked against other QBs....my guesstimate is that there is only one other QB that has been elite for years that is paid less. And that is Marsha, because she runs side biz out of Krapft's Foxboro corruption center.

He could have been traded years ago for better higher draft picks and the plus is that he isn't a cancer on the team the past few years because he wouldn't be here. Everyone wants to ***** about how bad AB has been over the years but obviously have no problem with Tomlin covering for him and allowing him to be a cancer on the team.

Well, Tomlin doesn't do the trades, does he? Colbert and Rooney wod have made that decision.

yeah I almost feel bad for enjoying this week. I had a thought that he has cte and kills himself to prove it. man I don't wish this on anyone..

If you really think that Colbert and Rooney don't take their HC's opinion when looking at who to trade then you must not know this organization very well. It's just like the draft. It isn't just one guy. If Tomlin goes to them and tells them he wants AB gone because he's fracturing the team I'm sure they would make it happen.

Incorrect... it started with Sanstonio...the Steelers wanted to trade him the year he caught that td pass in the end zone in the super bowl but because of that they held onto him one more season... that was the roots of the young money attitude and frankly i am not sure it will ever be uprooted...

Santonio probably influenced Wallace.
But I fail to see how Wallace influenced Brown.

Brown’s attitude went down after he signed his 2012 contract.
The money got to his head. I think the poor upbringing made him a little too power ego trip.

Im sure they do. Im also sure that rooney would be more interested in the value of his investment than his employee's feewings.

I have no idea what you are arguing. Sounds like you just want to argue.

You say he should have been traded years ago and we'd have gotten more. I can't figure out if you think Tomlin blocked the idea, or not.

Rooney decided his investment could take a big hit because Tomlin told him so.
