Wow, they already had his salary updated in spotrac lol. I was assuming they still had his Rams salary in there. 5 million isn't much. If he gives us 800 yards and 5 TD's I would say money well spent. And moving down in the 7th really doesn't matter much at that point. Usually you try to get a guy you aren't certain will sign with you as an UDFA that you are coveting.

And the way it reads its 15 million next that looks completely voidable by cutting before Roster bonus. Hopefully doctors are more thorough then with your buddy Jackson 3 but other than that I'm good with this move.

Veteran WR -check.
Capable in the slot - check.
Good hands- check.
Red zone option- check
Little given up- check.

He's just a mannnn in th boxxxxx.
 
Solid pickup for a No. 3/4 wide receiver. Hopefully he adds a much-needed veteran presence and shouldn't prevent the Steelers from drafting a receiver they like in the third or fourth round.

Cause we addressed wide receiver already now, which we CANNOT do during the draft once we LOSE draft capital in the trade up for Carter.

Not enough high picks left to go around once we steal Carter. Cause we NEED to address OT, CB, & SAFETY…

Gotta get Carter, but the math doesn’t work to fill all positions. That’s why they did this trade

I told ya Berm. I know a guy who has been perfecting a Bourbon recipe.
Branch at 32 would be a decent spot/pick. Although I'm hoping they stay at 17 and fill 3 needs in the first two rounds rather than filling only 2.
