I think your close to the problem. If a head coach after 16 years doesn't keep hiring sub-par coaches, we wouldn't be in this position in the first place. Now we need to replace him and the rest of his staff at the end of the season.

Tomlin may or may not think the heat is on him now. But it sort of is. Regardless of whose original idea was to let Canada go.

His best bet would be to keep his hands out of the cookie jar ( if it is in it). If that offense looks identical all the way to end season it won't be a good look for him and could very well impact his future as a HC for the Steelers. Because obviously Rooney isn't happy. Some might think that it wouldn't matter but the odd nature of them firing in season makes me think it would matter.

Not that they would fire Tomlin but it could end up he isn't resigned. I am sure Mike is smart enough to know that is in the realm of a possibility.

Because he limits his coaching hires to only people he knows or worked with before. Nothing wrong with that in itself but when it’s all you do then it’s a problem.
 
So if the offense gets any better by season’s end, what is the best day to celebrate “Blame Canada Day” next year

A. The Date: November 21st
B. Thanksgiving Eve’s Eve
C. The Tuesday after week 11

He basically had Arians and Haley chosen for him, and got his opportunity to hire his guys in Fitchner and Canada and we saw the spectacular ******* results.

It seems like Art2 might be taking the keys away again.

I would add that Fitchner was the guy that Ben wanted but hiring Duh was all on Shades.
 
Well damn, I was going to take this Sunday off just because I already knew what was coming and was just flat tired of it.

Now I'm curious to see if it's an epic train wreck or some type of improvement. The playbook certainly isn't changing and hopefully some of those pages got ripped out and set on fire.
