I do not understand the Sullivan/Faulkner OC duo. Faulkner alone maybe. At least he's done his primary job well. Rumors were that Canada came down on the field because they were unhappy with the job Sullivan was doing as the QB coach. And now you give him half the authority over the offense? Hell, they should have rolled the dice with Glenn Thomas. At least when he coached Ryan in Atlanta Ryan looked the part of a franchise QB. smh

If the offense stays exactly the same then it is time to start switching players… but if it dramatically improves then i hope Cam TJ and Mincah and basically every player they just wasted three years of their careers with all take turns punching Tomlin in the gut

More proof Tomlin is in over his head and his has no idea how to lead of effectively manage and delegate.

I suppose they both get to game plan and script plays. Sullivan has the experience with play calling but perhaps if things don’t go well for him in a few weeks they can flip to Faulkner. I don’t mind splitting the duties considering they still have to do their job they are hired for. Spread the workload around a little.

DK was saying they aren't thrilled with Sullivan, either, which is why maybe it took so long firing Canada. The alternatives are ehh.

It's interesting that DK said they aren't thrilled with Sullivan. Tom Pellisaro reported that Sullivan will be calling plays.

They changed something at least. That was the biggest need. So I don’t mind riding out Pickett the last seven games to see if it’s him or Canada or what I personally believe. Both. But I guess we’ll see. No Canada scapegoat now. Im sure the ones who refuse to criticize Kenny will instantly blame Sullivan or Faulkner. But the rest of us will know.

Just read Sullivan and Faulkner will share OC duties. So this is their interview for the job. If they can’t right the ship that probably means an outside coordinator in 2024.
