I am not sure, but I have to say that when both players go low, it could be called targeting a lot. I'm glad they don't do it much. When the call only favors the offense, it's lame.

Texas bit hard and came after the QB. Ohio saw it coming and called a screen. I guess there is strategy in football.

Those blocking linemen went 15+ yards before they had to block anyone.

OSU feels Texas O has no juice but if they let them hang around might be trouble ala the Michigan game

I agree. OSU is clearly the better team today, but Texas can still win this.

Buckeyes running it up the middle a little too much for my liking. Henderson and Judkins kill it off tackle. Also killing their own drives with penalties. 2nd and 20+ at least 3 times.
Texas doing a good job taking Jeremiah Smith out of the game, still gotta find a way to get him the ball.

But, we can’t take away the screen for a TD. It happened. Texas didn’t contain. TOSU executed to perfection and TD.

This home crowd is a huge advantage. I think that’s what’s keeping Texas in this. That and Sark calling some great plays.

Yeah this is your typical OSU game under the brightest lights. They are eminently beatable despite the talent advantage. Howard and the O-line are average though and can be made to look it by the best teams.
