Listening to Rush and he has a great point that this is just a continuation of the soft coup that the Dems have been running for years. He feels certain that the valid votes (not invalid ballots) will be counted and Trump will come out on top and how the Dems are shattered that Trump was not trounced, they lost seats in the house and did not flip the senate. His message is to not give up hope and the truth will come out as it has on all the other coup attempts.

If Trump pulls this out and they keep the senate then they should immediately propose a constitutional amendment setting the Supreme Court at exactly 9 justices only.
They should then do another amendment that says no votes can be accepted after Election Day and that mail in votes can only be accepted in specific circumstances, physical disabilities, or being out of the area for work. Absentee ballots must be postmarked by the Friday before Election Day so that they will be received and able to be counted on Election Day with all other votes.
It should also establish that starting 30 days prior to Election Day, anybody can show up and vote in person early at an election office. These ballots will not be counted until Election Day.

When I was watching CBS last night, they were reporting that the urban areas of both states were still very low in results reporting. I guess that means they came in after I nodded off on the couch.

You will never get 2/3 of the vote to pass an amendment and will never get one passed in a Convention of States either. That is the ace card the Dems will hold until they come into power to push their agenda.

possibly but then you are forcing Dems to sign their name to the fact they want to expand the court next time they are in power. This would just help get more people to switch to Republican

Biden will have a good chat with those leaders.. sure, they won’t be able to understand anything he says as he slurs through the conversation but it’ll be said that it was a good talk.

FWIW - NBC News still shows AZ as a toss up. Every other place I looked shows it Blue. I am pretty surprised it is even in play for the Dems. Too many immigrants from Cali I guess.
This process voting period might go on for weeks. It’s going to be an absolute **** show, already is.
