Election Day 2020

While the subsequent advent of radio, television and internet somewhat renders the bolded part obsolete, Webster's broader point pertaining to cities being more susceptible to political and moral corruption remains legitimate.

It's remained so for 180 years. Lest you've forgotten Tammany Hall politics, a mere 80 years after the American Revolution. It's happened forever since. Chicago politics, Philadelphia, New York. Corrupt, rampant voter fraud.

God knows how many have died for our right to vote. It is sacred. We are the greatest country on the planet, with a 3rd world voting apparatus.

Jus like I perdicted!

Oh **** off with that Spike. You're no genius. You had a 50/50 shot.

You predicted Elizabeth Warren as well. Confuscious you've never been.

But if the self promotion makes you feel good...Congrats little buddy. Well done.

Well isn't this special....

US Postal Service whistleblower reveals identity, alleges voter fraud

James O'Keefe of Project Veritas has released an update on a USPS worker who is a whistleblower to alleged voter fraud in mail-in-ballots. This whistleblower previously wished to remain anonymous but now is willing to not only go public, but testify under oath.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">BREAKING: Pennsylvania <a href="https://twitter.com/USPS?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@USPS</a> Whistleblower Richard Hopkins Goes Public; Confirms Federal Investigators Have Spoken With Him About Postmaster Rob Weisenbach's Order To Backdate Ballots To November 3rd, 2020<a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/ExposeUSPS?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">#ExposeUSPS</a> <a href="https://t.co/wdO8vUx2Vj">pic.twitter.com/wdO8vUx2Vj</a></p>— James O'Keefe (@JamesOKeefeIII) <a href="https://twitter.com/JamesOKeefeIII/status/1324845160358940673?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">November 6, 2020</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

“He is going to testify about the backdating of ballots in Erie, Pennsylvania, in a battleground state,” said James O’Keefe.

This refers to the allegation that USPS supervisors have instructed postal workers to continue to pick up ballots and intentionally postmark them as coming in on election day.

Richard Hopkins is the whistleblower and postal worker who is now willing to go public, although still hesitant in relation to the consequences of him doing so. Hopkins said, “I’m nervous. I am nervous because this is a big deal.”

O’Keefe said, “He is a courageous soul, and he is going to inspire so many people. Already, Hopkins is getting hassled by his union over a previous incident that was resolved months ago.”

Rate of rejected mail-in ballots almost 30 times lower in Pennsylvania this year than in 2016
In 2016, the state rejected about 1% of mail-in ballots; this year it is running so far as 0.03%.

Mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania so far this year have been accepted at almost 30 times the rate predicted by historical rejection numbers, raising potential questions in a state in which Democratic challenger Joe Biden is maintaining a lead of just several thousand votes.

A county-by-county review by Just the News of accepted and rejected mail-in ballots throughout the state of Pennsylvania show that, when added up, the state only rejected 951 of 2,614,011 mail-in ballots this year, or a rate of 0.03%.

That is significantly less than the historical rate of mail-in ballot rejection, which generally hovers around 1%. For first-time mail-in voters the rate can jump as high as 3%.

In 2016, the state saw about 266,208 mail-in ballots; just under 1% of them, 2,534, were rejected, roughly in line with historical expectations, according to the 2016 Election Administration and Voting Survey.

At that historical rate of rejection, around 26,000 mail-in ballots would be rejected from this year's final Pennsylvania tally. Such numbers would not have been unexpected: Last month, for instance, the Bucks County Courier Times estimated that, based on predicted vote-by-mail turnout, around 28,000 Pennsylvanians might have had their ballots pulled, rather than the 951 that were ultimately dumped.

The Pennsylvania Secretary of State's office did not immediately respond to requests for comment via email and phone on Friday afternoon regarding the abnormally low rejection rate.

They'll just blame Trump. Remember how Bush was blamed for everything during the entirety of Obama's term?

I've posted here more during election season, as it is something that really interests me.

FTR, I'm someone who tends to lean left on economic issues and right on social ones, but even on economic issues, I'm far from a neo-Marxist.

There just isn't much balanced discussion here.

This board has always been Conservative/Libertarian just like the guy who created it.

Sorry if we're allowed to freely express our thoughts here, maybe you should go back to Twitter and Facebook where your leftist circle jerk can spew nonsense with impunity while Republican voices get censored and the leftwing media cheers it on.

I predicted that back in MARCH!

When the blubbering buffoon said the virus would 'just disappear'.

He's a ******* moron, if he just shut his stupid ******* lips and quit his insane 2am twitter babble he would have won.

He has nobody to blame but his reckless, incompetent, ignorant self.

Yeah you're quite the hero, cheering cause some old decrepit **** with the IQ of a thimble and China's **** shoved up his ***, barely won an election that the MSM, Big Tech and left wing Educators fixed for him.

Enjoy your high taxes, 6 dollar gas and 20% unemployment.

The economy really hasn't been doing that great for about 20 years.

Too many jobs have been outsourced or lost to automation, while we've been masking the damage with a combination of deficit spending and speculative financial bubbles in things like housing, energy and information technology.

Everything is levered to inflate corporate profits, and Trump contributed to that with entirely unnecessary corporate tax cuts.

This constant ripping on young people is just ridiculous when you consider the opportunity for stable, high-yielding employment is nowhere as abundant as it was in the 20th century.

Those tax cuts reversed the mass exodus of jobs to places like China and India. Thankfully the Republicans still have a shot to control the Senate otherwise a major depression is on the way and China will be the new economic leader.

It wasn't the white suburban women's vote that cost Trump. He didn't get those last time either. It was all the mail in ballot voters (mostly Democrats), who would not have gotten off their lazy ***** to go in to vote, that cost him this time. That's pretty clear.

It wasn’t just the white suburban women. It was a lot of people. I think some fail to grasp how deep the loathing of Trump went. You can argue whether or not it was justified, but it was certainly there.

On a positive note, the late night comedians (?) will have to find new material.

On another positive note, I'm relieved the pandemic is suddenly over:

Trump gained record support from Latinos, Blacks and gays, if wasn't for, corrupt Big Tech and the criminal left wing media who pushed mail in voting Trump would've won easily.

Oh and I'll take my "hick" buddies over a ******* clown like you all day every day.

Trump is a polarizing figure no doubt, but to overlook the fact mail in voting gave the Dems a massive edge is simply ignorant.

His tax cuts did not do **** other than increase corporate profits and the federal budget deficit.

The trade deficit is higher than it was when Trump came into office.
