We are staying in Bloomfield/North Oakland area.
We eat just about everything but I’m a perogie machine.
We are simple bar food cold beer people.
Maybe I’ll get lucky and be able to catch a Pens game while we’re in town.
It would be awesome to be able to link up with some tailgating fans.
Thanks all
I didn’t mention the Clipper always seems like some tickets are hard to come by with the water tours. But yeah would go that route if available.ride into the stadium on the Clipper is worthy. great views of Mt. Washington, Point State Park , the confluence and the stadium
as already said, do the incline - the one closer to the stadium. view is incredible.
there are a few museums in the area but I haven't been to them.
The casino is there if you dig gambling (i don't).
Drive by Steelers HQ. just so you can say you have.
Stop in and see DK.
Eat P-Bros
Two inclines there in the city. Way back in the 70’s I lived on Mount Washington and worked in US Steel bldg. I would take the Duquesne Heights Incline, thats the one by LeMont Restaurant, but I loved riding it every day. Picked up the bus at the bottom of the mountain and rode it to town. Nice memories!Hey Scott, I hope you have a great time while there and enjoy the game.!!!!!
RIDE THE INCLINE is a must, Station Square.
Remember to share here your experience, both game and city.
Thanks in advance
Salute the nation
MT. Washington has that view right off the incline and some pretty good eats. My one Steelers buddy in Florida always want to go up there when he visits. Two inclines there in the city. The other incline is the Monongahela Incline which is located on the extreme other end of Grandview Avenue which is the main ave up there on the Mount.
World class views, multimillion dollar homes, nice restraunts .
You must eat at the LeMont and Monterey Bay. Great food, atmosphere and yes, world class view of the skyline.
Both are located on Grandview Ave. by the Duquesne Heights Incline.
All kind of stuff to do in the city! Check out the Pittsburgh sports museum by the stadium.
I don’t know when Giants are in town, but if hockey season, go see the Pens play.
Forget about the Pirates….. They’ll be done end of September. They do however have a badass ballpark. Best in the majors!
What’s the big set of steps I keep hearing about?

Don't know if it's still a thing but they used to have a stadium tour. It was like $10. Went in both locker rooms, press box, great hall, through the Steelers tunnel and onto the field, took about 2 hours. Well worth it and offered many great photo opportunities.
