How to fix this offense and team

1. Move Jones to LT and have Chuks and Moore fight it for RT.
2. Start Jaylen Warren.
3. Target Pickend 8+ times a game.
4. Last but not least start Rudolph. We know what Mitch is and we have all seen enough of Pickett to see where that train is heading. Give Mason a try. If he can’t muster more than 93 yards vs the Browns or 170 yards and 0.6 touchdowns a game so be it. But right now the quarterback is holding us back.

Canada sucks but it doesn’t change the fact there’s open guys being missed. With Warren starting and Najee being the thunder to Warren’s lightning I don’t think we need a lot from the QB. 220 yards and 2tds a game and we win almost every game. 200 and 2/1 and we win 80% of the games. We don’t need Roethlisberger in his prime. We need Neil O’Donnell.

I don’t see where Rudolph would be any more productive in this system. Prime Terry Bradshaw would struggle in this system. No one is set up for success here. It’s just a collection of individuals that fail at fundamentals being led by a guy that is far too comfortable in his own mediocrity. Get rid of Canaduh. Get rid of Chuks. Move Jones to LT. Get a real RT if Moore can't make the adjustment and a new C. Get our D healthy and add another CB who can cover. Even one more skill position player would help unless they decide to learn how to train and use Washington at TE.

Run a real NFL O for once in 3 years.

This will give KP a real chance to do something, if he isn't ruined already like oh so many Clowns QB's were and I've been saying since last year. If he can't turn things around next year having all of this in place, then you can say he is a bust and we need to start looking for his replacement. Canaduh absolutely is the biggest issue on the O followed by the OL and then KP. KP's issues can be fixed if he gets with the right coach in the offseason and if Canaduh is gone.

I think if you bring in a new OC , Tomlin will tell him hey this is how I want to approach the offense, this is the scheme I want run.

You can shuffle QBs and shuffle OCs. Does that really change anything?
