I knew it was a commin'

When Mitch 'Limp Handshake'' McConnell is more of a leader than the President, you know Trump has failed miserably.

Senate GOP leader: 'There are no good neo-Nazis'

http://thehill.com/blogs/floor-action/senate/346784-mcconnell-there-are-no-good-neo-nazis

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) pushed back Wednesday on President Trump's latest comments about the violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va., saying there "are no good neo-Nazis."

“We can have no tolerance for an ideology of racial hatred. There are no good neo-Nazis, and those who espouse their views are not supporters of American ideals and freedoms," the Senate GOP leader said.

He added that "we all have a responsibility to stand against hate and violence, wherever it raises its evil head.

McConnell's comments come after the president blamed both the "alt-left" as well as white supremacists and neo-Nazis for the violence in Charlottesville over the weekend, adding that there were "very fine people" on both sides.

White nationalist groups are now planning a rally in Lexington, Ky., over the removal of two Confederate statues, according to the Lexington Herald-Leader.

McConnell added on Wednesday that the groups "are not welcome" in Kentucky or in America.

“The white supremacist, KKK, and neo-Nazi groups who brought hatred and violence to Charlottesville are now planning a rally in Lexington. Their messages of hate and bigotry are not welcome in Kentucky and should not be welcome anywhere in America," he said.

Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive and Dodge.

For the sake of clarity, The quotes came from you, Elfiero and Trog.

I have complete respect for your right to express your opinion. I don't think you truly appreciate the damage the leftist movement is doing to the country right now. I think you all see it as a wonderfully fun game that you can win.

This is the erosion of the fundamental, constitutional values of the country. The political process, the value of the presidency. Admittedly Trump's not the best president we've ever had. But given the choice, there was no choice. The Democrats put forth a literal profiteering felon, married to a career sex offender. They offered no hope for the country at large, they merely campaigned on a small fringe group expecting to launch into history based on progressive politics.

Now, the media at large is involved in a full scale attack on the president that is wholly unprecedented. And it can't be taken back. This can't be undone Tibs. The damage and the petulance displayed by the whining left, combined with the non-stop attacks from the media AND the sanctioned violence from groups like BLM and Antifa have completely changed this country.

You call me a racist because I feel it's wrong to blatantly and openly attack the office of the president unrelentingly. I just believe in fair play. I have considered myself a Democrat my entire life, but how can I trust the Democratic party anymore? How can I defend a party that stoop to this level of back-stabbing and chicanery? I get that politics are dirty, but openly supporting and fomenting American Revolution is well beyond the pale. And I gotta tell you, that's what it looks like to quite a few of us.

If our leaders are worth a ****, they'd better get together right now and get on the same page and work together to sort this **** out. And that doesn't mean impeaching Trump. That will only tear the country apart more. They need to figure out how to run the ******* country. That's what they're elected to do. Enough partisanship.

So you voted in a profiteering soon to be felon who is a career sex offender......

Logic: Not a strength of the right.

OH! Silly me, I forgot the difference is he's a racist.

SOLD!

Sixth CEO Leaves Trump’s Advisory Board Over Charlottesville
http://reverepress.com/news/sixth-ceo-leaves-trumps-advisory-board-charlottesville/

The fallout from President Donald Trump’s remarks that “both sides” were to blame for violence during a white nationalist rally that led to the death of one counter protester continued Wednesday as another CEO resigned from one of Trump’s advisory councils.

3M’s President and CEO Inge Thulin left the president’s Manufacturing Advisory Council in response to his soft statements on neo-Nazis. Thulin is the sixth CEO in just three days to depart the council in protest of the president’s comments.

“I joined the Manufacturing Jobs Initiative in January to advocate for policies that align with our values and encourage even stronger investment and job growth — in order to make the United States stronger, healthier and more prosperous for all people,” Thulin said in a statement. “After careful consideration, I believe the initiative is no longer an effective vehicle for 3M to advance these goals. As a result, today I am resigning from the Manufacturing Advisory Council.”

Membership on the council is declining after Trump made remarks that both counter protesters and white nationalists were to blame for a violent rally in Charlottesville, VA in which KKK and neo-Nazis turned out to protest the removal of a statue of Confederate general Robert E. Lee from a public area.

Is he playing right into their hands, or is it those that defend that type of behavior who we also have to worry about?

That's what I've been beat over the head with by CONservatives here when it comes to other groups.

For example:

Holy crap, I guess we should have seen this coming, with all the recent defections.

Breaking: Trump’s business advisory council disbands
http://thehill.com/policy/finance/346821-trumps-business-advisory-council-disbands-report

A panel of corporate leaders advising President Trump on economic policy disbanded Wednesday afternoon, during a week when the president is rapidly losing support from business leaders citing controversial remarks the president made about violent clashes between white supremacists and counter-protesters.

CNBC reported that Trump's Strategic and Policy Forum broke apart Wednesday, according to a member of the panel.

The disbanding of the policy forum follows a wave of CEO defections from Trump's Manufacturing Advisory Council, a panel of corporate leaders focused on boosting U.S. manufacturing jobs.

The separate initiative lost seven members since Monday, including Campbell Soup's and 3M's CEOs on Wednesday.

Trump previously lost the support of three other business leaders from his Strategy and Policy Forum: Uber’s then-CEO Travis Kalanick quit following Trump’s travel ban, while Tesla’s Elon Musk and Disney’s Bob Iger left when Trump announced the U.S. withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement. Musk was also a member of the manufacturing council.

Trump stoked tensions Tuesday when he blamed the "alt-left" for charging at white supremacist and Neo-Nazi protesters, some of which Trump called "very fine people."

OH! Silly me, I forgot the difference is he's a racist.

That's your fallback isn't it? Just imply I'm a racist. You don't know me. Never met me. But I must be a racist. And don't pretend you're not referencing ME through association. The fact that I could not bear to vote for Hillary Clinton, in your mind automatically paints me as, it would seem, a Nazi.

I simply can't fathom your hatred. I can't.

Stupid symbolic gesture. These clowns had a seat at the US mfg policy table and blew it.

You've. got to be kidding........I mean I would hope you are because the other answer is that you're completely delusional and/or brainwashed.

"When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending their best. ... They're sending people that have lots of problems, and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bringing crime. They're rapists. And some, I assume, are good people,"

http://www.breitbart.com/texas/2017/08/16/previously-deported-illegal-alien-accused-raping-7-year-old-thousands-times/

An illegal alien who was previously deported from the United States is now accused of raping a 7-year-old girl “thousands of times,” according to local police.
Victor Francisco Michel-Lara, 32-years-old from Mexico, is charged with two first-degree child rape felony charges, along with immigration violations. Lara, according to investigators, molested the girl “many times in the last six months,” with the victim telling police he raped her “thousands of times.”

The Klan is irrelevant. Dismantled when they lost a whopping big lawsuit. If there's 100 people at a Klan meeting now, guaranteed 80 of them are undercover FBI guys.

They wore hoods for a reason. It's not like these guys just packed up shop and said......welp.....so much for our "mission". That message and the the actions that went along with it were carried out after these raids and in some cases are still being carried out. The number of assualts, murders, and lynchings went down drastically but the presence is still felt in many many ways.

You realize it's just been reported the entire Manufacturing Council has now been disbanded.

edit- looks like this is the President's Advisory Council that's disbanded. The other Council just has its members dropping like flies.

Doesn't that make you question the methods and purpose of the Antifa movement? They're wearing masks, they're wearing hoods and they march with weapons.

Trump is such an infant. A day ago he tweeted that the CEO's that wanna leave his advisory councils should get up and leave, he has plenty of other options to take their place. 24 hours later, it's now this:

Trump shuts down 2 jobs councils amid wave of CEO departures
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/201...2-jobs-councils-amid-wave-ceo-departures.html

President Trump announced Wednesday he is shutting down two jobs councils, amid a wave of resignations by executives in the wake of the president’s response to the violence in Charlottesville.

"Rather than putting pressure on the businesspeople of the Manufacturing Council & Strategy & Policy Forum, I am ending both. Thank you all!" he wrote on Twitter.

Who elected this big baby President?

LOL, this went down pretty quick. All the remaining CEO's quit at the same time, minutes later Trump decided he doesn't even need an advisory council. Unhinged and off the rails. Welcome to the Trump Presidency.

Trump disbands economic councils as CEOs flee
http://thehill.com/policy/finance/346827-trump-disbands-economic-councils-amid-wave-of-defections

BREAKING: President Trump announced on Twitter that he will disband his business advisory council just minutes after all 17 CEOs in the council reportedly quit.

Doesn't that make you question the methods and purpose of the Antifa movement? They're wearing masks, they're wearing hoods and they march with weapons.

Nope. Not gonna get me to go there. I condemn ANY violent, systematic, calculated hatred. The Antifa movement has grown as the number out outward white supremacists has grown. Some of Antifa's tactics are troubling and flat out wrong. However their presence is necessary. Anarchism is not ideal. But it has led to helping a lot of people overcome oppression and fight against institutionalized and mobilized bigotry, hatred, and violence. It's the same argument I was having with my sister over the weekend about interrogation tactics in war. She abhors "torture" but where is the line? At what point can you get your point across to an enemy without showing force and without sending a clear message. The PC version of what is and isn't torture has gotten out of hand. It's Jack Nicholson from a Few Good Men. These situations are not going to bring out the best of us at all times. Sometimes you need to meet force with force.

Those fighting hate rioted and burned / looted / destroyed their own stores on a few occasions. Not to mention posting comments about killing police. The hate goes both ways. Not sure why that is so hard to admit.

I've never called you a racist wig, not sure where you're getting that from. And I don't attack the office of the President unrelentingly, I attack this President unrelentingly. And I do so because not a day passes he doesn't say or do something that I find revolting or damaging to the country. Thus I speak up, I consider it my duty.

, I consider it my duty.

Pssst....guess what? You're not that important. You are a socialist Hungarian. Your opinion doesn't matter. Maybe it does to the little band of libtard fuckups here, but not to me anyway. The opinions and thoughts coming from anti-American hypocritical warped mind are not worth a squirt of piss.

Neo-Nazi website banned by Google gets Russian web domain
http://thehill.com/policy/technology/346800-pro-trump-neo-nazi-website-gets-russian-domain-after-ban

The Daily Stormer, a neo-Nazi website, is back on the internet under a Russian web domain.

The white supremacist news site lost its DailyStormer.com address after GoDaddy, which hosted the site, removed it earlier this week for publishing an article insulting Heather Heyer, the woman killed while protesting against a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Va.

The site then tried to get a domain with Google, which also banned it from their web services.

The Daily Stormer domain was then hosted briefly on the dark web before getting a Russian domain.

Posts on the website hailed the attention they have received in recent days.

"What has happened is that we’ve been given a massive amount of publicity by the media, and we need to work on capitalizing on that to get our ideas further into the public sphere," the post reads.

The CEOs had to bail. They can't have their brands associated with racism or white supremacy. This is the problem with not immediately naming the enemy, and completely and totally denouncing them. He and the right were able to say 'radical islamic terrorism' with no qualms, but it took 48hrs to name Nazi groups, then he nearly immediately backtracks on this statement by calling some of them 'nice guys'. The damage is done and his colors are shown. He knows he has to denounce white supremacists, but he also realizes that all of them voted for him, so he wants to be a politician and cater to that base. This in no way means any posters here are racist, but it does mean every racist voted for him. It's an incorrect association that some leftists are making here.

If the CEOs didn't leave or make a statement (before the president was willing to), their products would be associated with NAZIs, and would be boycotted accordingly. Now Trump did the right thing in disbanding both groups, to protect all of those companies from boycott, but now he without any balance or outside economic ideas from his ultra conservative inner circle. Their inexperience is not something I'm looking forward to when it comes to setting economic policy.

No, not every person. Just those who think he made the slightest bit of ******* sense when he mentioned "very fine people."

You're so desperate you've forgone blaming both sides and are now blaming the left exclusively. Your manic defense of Nazis is just bizarre.

**** you and your man bun again. A) I'm not defending Nazis. I'm asking that the true fascists and all violent offenders be held equally accountable. B) you're the sick **** that began by saying all Trump voters are racist.

Doesn't that make you question the methods and purpose of the Antifa movement? They're wearing masks, they're wearing hoods and they march with weapons.

Those fighting hate rioted and burned / looted / destroyed their own stores on a few occasions. Not to mention posting comments about killing police. The hate goes both ways. Not sure why that is so hard to admit.

It's one thing to generalize about whatever overreaches BLM or AntiFa have done in the past. Certainly members of both those groups have crossed the line and should be condemned for whatever violence and harm they've caused.

But we're talking here about this past weekend in Charlottesville. You do understand that people like Heather Heyer were there, along with hundreds of others like her. Americans from all walks of life that felt they needed to protest against Nazis, the KKK and Anti-Semites who've taken to the streets. Are you suggesting she was a part of AntiFa or BLM?
