He is venting that he wished people would die. That's ******. Grow up. Stop watching if you can't hack it. If enough people give up maybe management will take notice. I want him gone too. Maybe more then anyone. But cmon.

Russell Wilson doesn't have what it takes to be the Steelers starting QB! His accuracy is not good! And we saw him regress as the season went on!
Why did we not see Justin Fields at all the entire game. Could have used him on 3rd & 4th down in the 2nd Quarter when they need 1/2 yard for a first down!

The last straw for me in this game was when on 3rd and 1 in the 4th quarter they called for a qb sneak, failed, and then another running play on 4th down and failed yet again. They needed yards in that situation. Play action on 3rd would have been appropriate being they were expecting the run.
Oh really? And Russ is able to read defenses so well? Like when he had Pickens in single coverage on a quick out for an easy third down conversion, but ended up throwing the ball late and once again uncatchable out of bounds?
Russ is 36 years old and makes a lot of decisions like an undrafted rookie. Especially in the pocket. It's incredible.

I would fire the entire coaching staff except Danny Smith. Special teams has been solid and made quite a few plays this year.
The rest of them? I’ve never seen a coach look so confused on the sidelines. No clipboard, no play call sheet. Just that stare like he’s trying to not **** his pants at the bus stop.

After week 11, the probability of us winning the division was astronomically high. If they beat Cleveland the next week it would have almost been a foregone conclusion

we went 2-5 after week 11...
Maybe you can blame Hard Knocks as a distraction.. but 3 other teams had the same bs going on..
And this isnt the first or even second such a collapse.
09, 12 and almost every season since 2018 save 2022... the team falls apart at the end of the season under Tomlin way too much.. 8/17 seasons...
It's pretty hard to really know what his function us sometimes. And when its clearly his decision he's basically wrong more then 50 percent of the time.

Tomlin is nowhere near as bad as some of yall think. But Pittsburgh fans expect and demand more. They have not been bottom feeders in most of our life times.

Steelers had a lot of difficulty with drops tonight, particularly Pickens. And CAIII fumbled that punt return with little contact. It makes me wonder how much the Steelers have practiced outdoors recently

The number one wr needs to be used like one. We could have Jamar Chase and we would use him for two routes. The offensive scheme is predictable and easy to guard. This isn't a players issue (aside from Wilson), it's a scheme issue.
I see people claiming the offense was better with Wilson over Fields and I disagree. Our redzone efficiency dropped, our short yardage efficiency dropped. The reason it SEEMED better was they opened up the offense for Wilson but handcuffed Fields. Give him the same freedom and see what happens.
Until the last TD drive, Wilson had FIVE completions...FIVE. That's below Pickett numbers. He consistently scrambled into pressure, threw the ball away on plays he couldn't, and didn't on plays he should have.
17/31 for 148 yards. A 4.8 ypa. Under 200 yards of offense.

It started with the stupid 3rd down play. That was 2 down territory, just get on with it. Quit trying to be cute.
That just set the tone for the game.

Moore is only valuable against scrubs, which means no value to me. Jones needs to be at LT, but not sure at this point he is the answer

Russ makes his mistakes because he's short and sometimes doesn't see over the middle, but he does read a defense better than Fields. Russ is better than Fields right now. It's that simple.
I think people have faulty memories of some great offense while Fields was in there. Fields holds the ball more than Russ and it's a myth that Fields can evade sacks. He was sacked at the same rate as Russ.
Russ at least brought in the deep ball as a possibility. That is more of a constant threat than Fields occasional runs.
Russ is probably about #8 on the list of reasons the offense has struggled late in the season. The OL is the main reason and it doesn't magically get better with Fields at QB. The WRs don't start getting open with Fields at QB.
The steelers didn't exactly lean into RPO when Fields was in there. Russ is the best option to win now with this offense. Fields is just hoping for broken plays.
