What are the odds the Jan 6 committee will even look into this?
And now for the feel good post of the day...
Agree, but he's not a man, he's a lying little C unt.Look, you wanna call his office and call him names, great. Don't threaten the man's family. There's no call for that. People need to get outside more and turn of the poison that is the American news media.
An argument is lost when someone resorts to profanity and name calling, and the threats on anyone's family should never be condoned.Look, you wanna call his office and call him names, great. But I do understand the frustration. For the last 50 years or so the left has increasingly pushed their agenda while the right sat on their collective *** and watched it happen.
We're our own worst enemy for not standing up and saying, enough! I can only hope that the insanity has reached its tipping point, because for the left, it's never going to stop until the majority wakes up, stops ignoring what they're doing to the country and does something about it.
But To threaten his mother? His Kids? his Wife? There is no sober reason in taking that path.Agree, but he's not a man, he's a lying little C unt.
There is no question in my mind that there a plethora of conservatives in this country that are not above that type of behavior. Kinzinger is after their boy, Trump. Of course they are gonna call and leave ****** messages. As I said before, you wanna call and cuss the guy out, you absolutely should. What you shouldn't be doing is threatening his family. Everything is not some grand conspiracy against the pristine, God-fearing conservatives in this country. Some things are just what they appear.I didn't listen to it but what are the chances that paid actors called in to make one side look bad. That's a known practice that's skyrocketed recently.
They also get unjustly ****** over more than their fair share too. There is no question in my mind that there a plethora of conservatives in this country that are not above that type of behavior. 80s were a recovery from a brutal 70s under Reagan & Bush. So much so that relatively minor (especially in hindsight) Savings & Loan “crisis” AND Ross Perot are the only reasons Clinton’s aren’t another footnote in history. What do you actually think will be accomplished with said shift in power? What have Republicans EVER done to give you hope for ANY change?
These Republicans aren’t worth the powder it would take to blow them to Hell. They PROVED how worthless they were when given the votes to end Obamacare, and turned their backs on the people who sent them to do it.80s were a recovery from a brutal 70s under Reagan & Bush. Then the Republicans took both the House & Senate for the first time in 50 years in 1994, forcing Slick Willy to be more moderate and the country was extremely prosperous for rest of the decade.
George W. was a disaster in so many ways, just gotta own up to it.
But Trump provided some of the most prosperous years - until Dems thought it was more important to destroy the country than meet him halfway and shove the plandemic down our throats
What exactly are “the people“ going to accomplish? They vote to send Republicans to DC to make changes. Once they get to DC they are corrupted in less than 6 months, and do nothing except talk, talk, and talk. The only way things will ever change is when they start getting planted. Their replacements will start toeing the line then, or chance suffering the same fate.An argument is lost when someone resorts to profanity and name calling, and the threats on anyone's family should never be condoned.

So nothing but slow the rate of spending? The

You fail to see that Republicans are just Democrat lite. Even your examples show they did nothing except slightly slow the rate of spending. The next time they actually cut spending, it will be the FIRST time.

Short version: You can't be reasonable with unreasonable people.Millennial response:
OK Boomer.
Gen X (me) response:
Your comments illustrate the issue.....generally agreeable folks on the one side say nothing because they do not want to be offensive, or condone "name calling" or other boorish behavior. Unfortunately, most that need to hear from the silent majority are only sensitized to profane words, images, songs, etc.
Have at look a how Jordan Peterson's tone is changing; why?
IMO, he clearly sees the need to become less polite in order that dumbasses who might hear him have a chance at understanding.
In modern liberal politics, where naming, shaming and branding means everything, the only way to interrupt their wokeness is to use the same techniques they understand. That is why they detest Trump....he used their own methods, mostly, to communicate to both sides.
My kids say it to me in jest, but they sure do giggle a lot.I never understood the Boomer thing. I do not at all take offense to that. Should I be? I think it's kinda pathetic that millennials think that is a put down.
I was born in 1967. I guess I am an X too. And so do my kids. They think it's great, but it doesn't bother me one bit. They are under the age of 26, which means they can still be on my insurance. Due to that, their thoughts or opinions do not matter one bit. They are empty barrels. I tell them that all the time. They get madder at me for some reason than I do over boomer. Haha.My kids say it to me in jest, but they sure do giggle a lot.
But I am not a damn boomer. I am Generation X, which I have come to agree with.
Boomers have ****** the next several generations, because they presided over the demise of the US, and still refuse to ******* retire already.
When you borrow money to spend CONTINUOUSLY, it is not fiscally responsible, no matter what you spend it on. If the spending sprees were on infrastructure, maybe I would agree with you, but it isn’t. It is being wasted hand over fist, and has been forever. So nothing but slow the rate of spending?
Not remotely close to reality. I simplified the impact for the purposes of the post. But it sounds like you still need to learn how things work and spending is not in and of itself not a bad thing. What you’re spending for can be.
Since Obama became President, there’s been no major bi-partisan legislation of any kind. It got contentious, but both sides worked together before.
For 2 years the Republicans held Congress & Presidency, and in the other times, it’s been the worst and most obvious attempt to become a 1-party system, which is bad for everyone involved
