So true! Coach white noise and the HS coordinators have never taken a player to the next level
KP, Muth, and Najee have only gone backwards in development
No CB or inside LB has been developed to solidify the defense

Yeah well unfortunately it is trending in that direction. I have no confidence the current owner will step up to the plate
Announcers and a few posters think Tomlin is the cat's meow.
Announcers typically have the IQ of a field mouse… they aren’t paid because they are brilliant..
Unfortunately you are correct. I long for the days announcers could intelligently talk football. Very few of those left.

There's really not much to meow about when you look at the big picture. If you count perennial middle of the pack as success. And if they do trip and fall into the playoffs, they get their ***** completely kicked on both sides of the ball.
They're like a big powerful truck stuck in a mud hole just spinning its tires. It isn't going anyplace until someone pulls it out.

Things I think:Before today I honestly believed that what you said would be the route the Steelers would take this season. After today I don't think Tomlin has a choice but to fire Canada before next week. Fans are incredibly frustrated and there will be a major revolt next Sunday if he's still around.
At least that's what I'm hoping will happen.
1. Canaduh will be here until the end of the season when his contract is up.
2. At the end of the season when Omar and Deuce let Canaduh walk, Shades will be the one banging his fist on the table saying he wants him back because he’s his guy.
Time to bring in Uncle Rico. He can toss a pigskin a quarter mile. Over them mountains.
I dunno, they’re going to get a lot of work so they’d better keep two for when the first guy gets worn out.
I think Mike will just simply look who he thinks he would work good with and bring him in. No not an up and comer unfortunately...
Ryan Clark was on air saying Canaduh needs fired today but we all know that won't happen.
To be fair, Tomlin is brilliant… everyone knows that he is directly responsible for the D and by having an O this bad, nobody is calling his super pricey D out for utterly failing

Here is my guess. Steelers have a bye week after the Rats game. Someone, probably Sullivan, will be part of the offensive game planning for the Rats. If our offense fails again I would say Sullivan takes over for Canada and Canada goes back to QB coach and Sullivan takes over for OC.
That equates to shoveling ****.
