Mueller just dumped on Trump , clear as mud

Bold move by President Carter. A bit surprised to see him say this in public.

Former President Jimmy Carter questioned the legitimacy of Donald Trump's presidency on Thursday, saying he would likely not be in the White House if the Russians did not interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

“I think a full investigation would show that Trump didn’t actually win the election in 2016. He lost the election, and he was put into office because the Russians interfered on his behalf,” the former president, who served between 1977 and 1981, said at a panel hosted by the Carter Center in Leesburg, Va.

Gee, I wonder why? Shocking, I tell you, shocking....

Yes, Republicans are against secure elections. We want to make sure Russia helps us win again. That's why 184 of them voted against this bill. Jeez..

Well, then you tell me why they voted against it?

Gee, I wonder why? Shocking, I tell you, shocking....

So you agree with requiring proof of eligibility to vote for those who want to cast a ballot? If not, why not.

As to (R) opposition - Rodney Davis has a different bill seeking the same result. The (D) bill contains a myriad of requirements on local election facilities having nothing to do with paper ballots and electronic "security" (whatever that means, as the voting machines are not connected to any internet server).

https://www.rollcall.com/news/congr...uiring-cybersecurity-safeguards-paper-ballots

Personally, I have no problem with Congress passing a bill and funding measures to protect the election process - including requiring proof of a right to vote. You know the only people who believe that voting eligibility requirements are harmful to black voters? Racist white liberal voters.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2018/10/25/the_voter_id_is_racist_con_138448.html

The "Ami on the Street" filmmaker started out in liberal Berkeley, California, speaking with college students about why they believe voter ID laws hurt black voter turnout. Needless to say, they all thought using an ID to vote was suppressive.

"I think voter ID laws are a way to perpetuate racism," one student told Horowitz.

But it was the specific reasons why the Berkeley students thought the laws were racist that was perplexing. One man said black people are "less likely to have" state IDs and another said "these type of people" don't have "easy access" to DMVs.

"Well, I feel like they don't have the knowledge of how it works," one students said when Horowitz mentioned that it is possible to get an ID online. "For most of the communities," she continued, "they don't really know what is out there just because they're not aware or they're not informed."

After talking with white, college-aged students, Horowitz crossed the country to Harlem to see what black people thought about the perspective some of their liberal brethren have of them. Hint: They didn't like it.

"Why would they think we don't have ID?" one woman asked.

"That's a lie. Why would they say that?" another asked after Horowitz told her some believe black voters don't have access to ID services.

And yet another man said: "Everybody I know have [sic] ID. Like, that's one of the things you need to walk around New York with — an ID."

Long story short, all of the black Harlem residents Horowitz spoke with carried an ID and thought it was bizarre someone would suggest otherwise. Two men even told the Fox personality exactly where the DMV was, should they need to renew their IDs.

"That's just stupidity, honestly. Everybody has access to the internet, even a little kid can figure out how to work the internet," one black young man said of the suggestion that black voters' access to the web is limited.

So can we find common ground here - paper ballots, more security, AND voter ID??

Well, then you tell me why they voted against it?

I'm sure there is a bunch of unnecessary federal overreach, some structural crap that the democrats thought they could use to their advantage, and some extra ****. You read the ******* thing and report back to me. Saying that Republicans are against election security because they are almost all against some Democrat bill that has a great title is retarded.

This is just another nail in the coffin. There is no doubt Trump is a traitor. He should be impeached and arrested. How any American can stand by idly as he trashes the Republic and everything it stands for, is beyond comprehension. He is colluding in plain sight, for the world to see. This is a repeat performance of the travesty in Helsinki. He has repeatedly made it clear he'll welcome further interference in US elections. He doubled down on that today, joking with Putin about it. I hate to say it, but Trump supporters are owned by Putin. He literally owns all of you. I would hate to be someone's ***** like that. But I guess we're different in that way.

Hmm, still no response to the question I posed by asking Tibs to cite the Mueller report - verbatim like I did - where it found collusion or conspiracy between the Russians and any member of the Trump campaign regarding the 2016 election.

**** that, collusion between the Russians and any American as to the 2016 election.

Still waiting ...

It's happening in real time, right in front of your nose. Open your eyes.

I recommend you go back to pre 2016 and find your sense of humor. It seems to have been misplaced. It was a stupid ******* question with Putin sitting 6 inches away. She wanted to put Trump on the spot and nail him because she is a dummy. He responded in kind as she should of with a sarcastic response.

You get up in arms about the silliest things. Nail in the coffin? You're a card Tibs. I mean did you actually think he would have a serious meeting with Putin in front of the press corps because some dummy asked a question like that? He made a mockery of it like he should have.

No wonder the newsies are having a cow

Putin says liberalism has 'become obsolete'

On the eve of the G20 summit in Osaka, Japan, the Russian president said “the liberal idea” had “outlived its purpose” as the public turned against immigration, open borders and multiculturalism.

Mr Putin’s evisceration of liberalism — the dominant western ideology since the end of the second world war in 1945 — chimes with anti-establishment leaders from US president Donald Trump to Hungary’s Viktor Orban, Matteo Salvini in Italy, and the Brexit insurgency in the UK.

“[Liberals] cannot simply dictate anything to anyone just like they have been attempting to do over the recent decades,” he said.

Mr Putin branded Chancellor Angela Merkel’s decision to admit more than 1M refugees to Germany, mainly from war-ravaged Syria, as a “cardinal mistake”. But he praised Donald Trump for trying to stop the flow of migrants and drugs from Mexico.

A reporter asked if Trump would tell Putin not to meddle in U.S. democracy again. "Of course I will," Mr. Trump said with a wry smile, pointing at Putin and saying, "don't meddle in the election."

He's betraying our country right in front of our eyes.

Scott Dworkin ... "The Democratic Coalition."

Great source there, Tibs. Wow, if Scott Dworkin and the Democratic Coalition think Trump did something bad, well, it must be true. Here is another brilliant comment by this fat-***:

https://twitter.com/funder/status/1144602117883273216

Anyone who isn’t outraged about Trump’s treason he committed with Putin today is a traitor. It’s that simple. I’m talking directly to every Republican in our country. If you stay silent about Trump joking about Russia’s attacks on our democracy, then you are a traitor. Period.

So I'm a traitor.

I will twitter him my address so he can say that to my face.

No offense, but it's painful watching you guys twisting into pretzels defending this guy, really is. You do realize Trump has never gone on record to denounce the Russian attack? That he's never stood up to Putin on this? That he told the world in Helsinki - on live television - that he believed Putin over his own, American agencies? He's mocked it, joked about it, dismissed it, laughing all the way to the bank. Unbelievable to me that after all this time you don't see the con job he's pulling on you and the country.

“I will close by reiterating the central allegation of our indictments — that there were multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election,” Mueller said Wednesday at the Justice Department, his first public remarks since taking over the nearly two-year investigation. “That allegation deserves the attention of every American.”

Great source there, Tibs.

That's all you have, that's all you always have, is to attack the messenger. Ignore point blank what Trump is saying and doing with Putin at his side. Of grave concern and fundamental importance to you is the source of the tweet itself. No surprise, when all you're concerned with is sugarcoating Trump's actions and ignoring - or wishing away - the substance of his malfeasance. Not how I'd choose to go through life, but whatever rocks your boat.

Ha ha, I love it. Libtards losing their **** over Trump treating the fake Russian collusion for what it is, a joke. I thought it was hilarious. It was a stupid question meant to put Trump on the spot, and Trump was like, OK, I’ll appease the retards. Hi Vlad, don’t meddle in the election.

Rofl!

COLLUSION!

BREAKING NEWS: President Trump invites Kim Jong Un to the DMZ for a handshake and to say hello

This rubbish wouldn't even qualify as circumstantial evidence. It's been quite humorous watching you twisting pretzels trying to pin guilt on this guy.

That's all you have, that's all you always have, is to attack the messenger.

The "messenger" identifies as leading "The Democratic Coalition."

So I should put stock in his comments about Trump? Really? Are you clowning us now?

Btw, I'm more pissed off about Vladimir Putin than Trump himself. It's Putin and Russia these past few decades that I'm most angry about. The fact Trump is/was a beneficiary of Putin's foreign policy advances, the notion this is happening with a US President hits home with me. Putin is an authoritarian fuckhead. Not cool to see the President yucking it up w him. Must be my rampant, runaway TDS.
