Philly taking the game back to the 70s. Pathetic.
Philthy scum don't belong in the league
"I went out of my way to injure one of their best players and that changed the game."
Yep Flyers are a train wreck.
Hope we tank it for 5-6 straight years like the Pens did to get the #1 - #5 overall picks each year.
That's how you get good.
How the Pens can't beat them by 5 goals amazes me.
thats right boys, this is a MAN's game.
**** happens.
40 years of goon hockey without a cup....but we're men..look at us injure people with intent. I ******* hate that team more than the pats** and that is saying a lot.
The holier-than-thou sentiment here makes me chuckle.
Are you really that kool-aid filled to think that the Flyers goon it up any more or less than the Pens...or ANY other team?
Steve Downie?? Learned from the masters. He's on your team right? Remember Matt Cooke? Gone. James Neal???Gone....for exactly being a goon.
C'mon guys. The Flyers suck and for whatever reason, the Pens have a hard time playing a physical style with them. It's their only shot at winning and it's proven to be effective. Should they play your style and get blown out of the building?
Bottom line...
If you would have pumped in 2 or 3 goals on the uninterrupted 5 minute power-play, that would have shown the Flyers who was boss. You didn't and the Flyers continued to badger. It works.
Plus, the penalties in OT...gotta be smart.
I was joking, you guys are typically so high-strung with your panties in a bunch...a little prodding seemed like a good idea.I have a hard time believing that you actually believe the **** you say.
Badger? It's a little more than badgering some of it borders on out right ******* assault..
(granted, easier to do when you're perennially out of the po's) [/B]..
But the thing is, I won't stand idly by while some folks insinuate that the Flyers take more cheap-shots than any other team.
It's lunacy not to be able to see that. It's my job to point it out.
Carry on.
Let's not forget Carcillo, as well.it's funny Asham and Downie are brought up. Former Flyer players, huh? .
