Super tired of Geno's turn overs. He really needs to step up this part of his game.

The pens should get 164 points a year, every year.

I listened to the game while I was on the road today. Phil was not pleased but he was amped up about Erod finally scoring.

Didn’t watch today, but not a big loss. The Pens don’t need to win the division imo. As long as they get in, anything is possible.

I guess but its reverting back to the one line ****** mistakes at the worst time teams we have seen the last few years, that are one and done....Always giving up the first goal and playing from behind lately too.

What happen to the wonderful "structure" they were playing with? Back to the wide open up and down the ice play that good teams with speed end up using against you.

Just doesn't give me the feeling they can beat the Canes, Panthers, Lightning or Avalanches of the world in a 7 game series.

Yep...I could be wrong but I don't think they have the mindset, heart, grit, etc to play the style game it takes to consistently beat the top notch teams. I think they'll make it to the playoffs but they'll be one and done again.

Problem is Sullivan ruining chemistry. Anytime a player is producing on the top lines he goes and demotes them to the bottom lines. It’s a simple fix but a stubborn bench boss

Who knows if it's Mike or those above him...His bosses may be telling him the fans are paying to watch superstars and to demote ERod, etc...Who knows but we've definitely seen it before and when things were hitting on all cylinders even stated,. "I wonder what's going to happen when <insert superstar here> returns?"

Doubt it’s the bosses when there is new staff in GM and ownership. This was an issue under Rutherford as well. Sullivan is just stubborn. Winning back to back will do that I’d wager.

Who knows but I'd rather pay to see them win games with hungry no namers, rather than lose but get to see amazing turnovers and shots that hit the glass 8 feet above the goalie with superstars.

It’s no different than Roethlisberger going out on his terms. The Pens are doing the same with their guys

I don't see it happening. It should, but it won't. Sully seems more like a consultant to the big three.
