Playoffs *******!

Caffeine?
Well, whatever you say Chief. Steelers are in the playoffs and even your whiny azz can't take the joy away from that. Have a Merry Christmas!

Ignorance? Stupidity? Probably both? You brought my name up dumb ***. Then act shocked when I call your dumb *** out? Liar and a dumb ***... Trying to squeeze some semblance of football into your statement doesn't give it anymore creditability.

Raven fan tears were especially tasty today... it helped that Flacco was fuckko most of the day. I didn't bother going to Browns sites... the pathetic misery there would bring down the holiday cheer....

Now you see, I've been told by Super to knock it off ... So, I will do just that. But you keep on if ya like.

Steelers are in the playoffs and it feels like old times!

Merry Christmas Chief!

Ahhh, yes, the olive branch is extended with one hand, while the other holds a hammer ... lol. If Smith had hit the pass, the outcome MAY have been different. As it MAY have been a different score had Heath not dropped a TD pass, or had Bryant ran to the inside of the field on his long reception. None of those things happened though, so the outcome was what it was.
And I'd prefer that we congratulate the team on this win and making the playoffs. Sure as hell beats sitting around thinking about "what if" and "Maybe".

Actually, the Steelers scored a touchdown exactly seven seconds after Heath dropped that potential TD pass, so it had essentially zero effect on the outcome of the game. And I'm not sure if running "to the inside of the field" would have made a difference or not, on a play where they did gain 44 yards and subsequently kicked a field goal on the first drive of the game. Seems like you're reaching a bit there, whereas the Smith overthrow was a blatantly obvious error much later in the game. But go ahead, feel free to count on Brady or Manning missing a receiver running wide open in the middle of the field. Good luck with that.

And the first thing I did was congratulate the team, but you only read what you want to see. You're the guy who started talking about bruised vaginas.

Biggest Steeler win in almost 3 years.....and this na na na na bo bo **** is the result...

Amazing.

See, the thing I noted was the IFs and Maybes ... They didn't happen. The outcome was what it was. A win. To clarify, you can point to a bunch of what ifs and maybes in any football game that could have potentially altered the outcome. They are ifs and maybes because they didn't happen. As far as hypothetical situations regarding Brady or Manning, its a little late to fix the secondary this year. So, we'll have to just continue with players that have been playing. "Hopefully" they can get the job done.

More bullshit. I do it when it is done to me or when someone lies. Buckeye is a liar so I went after his ***. You've gotten personal as well many many times. So you can take your higher than thou attitude and stuff it.

don't be so bitter. I've never claimed to be innocent in the name calling...when a guy is being a bleeding ****..I will tell him....now you may have been here this past week, but you were quieter than normal. Granted with work and the holidays, this place can be less important at times.

And, if Alex Smith hits that wide open deep middle pattern (where Blake was 3 or 4 yards behind) early in the third quarter, and the Chiefs take the lead, the outcome of this game might have been very different.

But hey, we're here to rejoice and congratulate the nuthuggers about how right they were, yes?

I think there is a reason why KC hasn't had a TD by a WR this season. That miss wasn't an act of God or lucking out...it was a trend.

we are here to celebrate the Steelers making the playoffs. Now of course the Tomlin haters want to cast stones and stir ****...but that is to be expected....

See, the thing is, your examples of ifs and maybes didn't make much sense for having the potential to alter the outcome of the game, whether they happened or not, so they really had no relevance whatsoever to the argument.

What you can point to is a secondary that, despite a great win today, has huge issues. They allowed Alex Smith to throw for 300 yards for the first time this season. Better quarterbacks in the playoffs WILL expose this defense and take advantage of the big plays that are there for the taking -- no ifs, ands, buts, or maybes needed.

Indeed it was. It was the act of a quarterback with some of the worst downfield numbers in the league. An act the Steelers won't be facing should they make the second round.

Well that may be the case...They may get exposed, but it is why they play the games....what/ifs really? You are now sounding like some of the Tomlin nuthuggers...as you call them.

Happy as a clam that they made the playoffs, not stirring ****, just being realistic about the pass defense. Like I've been all season.

See the thing is, your IFs and Maybes have no relevance to the game that was played because they didn't happen. So the argument was a moot point to begin with.

Whose nuts am I hugging?

After round three I don't think that was his pick. But nice try

I think we have a few on our D line that could be special. now if only would could get some stud LBers.....that said a few of them we will have to wait and see i guessing.

Tomlin swings and misses on lbs badly. At this point we'd be better off not wasting any more picks there and go for a free agent if there is any.

LOL. Surely you can understand the relevance of having huge holes in the secondary, and the effect it might have in future games against quarterbacks who can throw accurately past 15 yards. Or MAYBE you're still thinking Heath Miller dropping that one-yard touchdown pass when they scored two plays later is just as important.
