POW!

President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he is considering splitting up the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after its recent rulings that have blocked two of his executive orders.

"There are many people that want to break up the Ninth Circuit. It's outrageous," Trump said to the Washington Examiner in an interview at the White House. "Everybody immediately runs to the Ninth Circuit. And we have a big country. We have lots of other locations. But they immediately run to the Ninth Circuit. Because they know that's like, semi-automatic."

The Ninth Circuit has jurisdiction over nine west coast states and two U.S. territories. Eighteen of the court's 25 judges were appointed by Democratic presidents."You see judge shopping, or what's gone on with these people, they immediately run to the Ninth Circuit," Trump added. "It's got close to an 80 percent reversal period, and what's going on in the 9th Circuit is a shame."

How are they going to block their own break up?

Impeach these *******

Judge Who Blocked Trump’s Sanctuary City Order Raised $200,000 for Obama

The California judge who blocked President Trump’s executive order seeking to withhold federal funds from “sanctuary cities” reportedly raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for former President Barack Obama, donor records show.

The judge not only raised $200,000 for Obama in 2008, but he also raised $30,000 to committees supporting the former president that year.

That was the most bogus ruling ever.

The violation? The cities will suffer from pre-enactment anxiety. That's right, anxiety because of not being certain of what will happen if their funds are taken away.

Limbaugh went into depth on this and nailed it.

These judges are not ruling on the merits of the law. They are not ruling on anything judicial. They are ruling as pure political participants. And they are enforcing their own policy preferences in their efforts to use their power to thwart and stop the president of the United States.

So what was this executive order? In the strict sense of the executive order, there was nothing new in it. There was no new appropriation of money. There was no new law. There was no new executive action. All this executive order was, essentially, was a statement that existing federal law regarding the funding of sanctuary cities would be enforced. That is all this executive order was.

If you’ve got an executive order that just says that the administration’s gonna enforce the law and you’ve got an Obamaite or liberal judge pledge to stop Trump, on what basis do you stop that? So you have to find a violation. The judge has to find, in all of this, a violation. And the judge did. The violation is preenactment anxiety. Because Trump might enforce the law, people in San Francisco and Santa Clara are anxious and nervous that they might lose money. So Trump has to be stopped.

The judge can’t stop anything that Trump, in the executive order, says he’s going to do, because Trump and Sessions and the DOJ acknowledge in the executive order, that the steps they take will be consistent with the law.

It’s Title VIII U.S. Code 1373: Sanctuary Jurisdictions.
By the way, folks, the law that allows defunding of sanctuary cities, Title 8 U.S. Code 1373 passed in 1996 under Bill Clinton. That’s how old the law is.

Hooray for the judge...through the eyes of the low information libtard he stopped Trump from acting like a dictator, that was the judges aim.

Isn't anxiety a natural reaction to the possibility of something bad happening? Just askin.

Does anyone follow the rule of law? They pick and choose by politics. Sanctuary cities for foreign invaders. Put them in your big ******* house in your gated community. The same goes for refugees comes from places filled with people who hate us. Stick them in the bedroom across from your daughter.

Yep. But we can't have any of that.

That's why they riot at colleges...for fear that something bad will happen.

Wait...

Like he considered repealing Obamacare and building the wall? I'm starting to measure him on legislation now, and it ain't good. He needs to talk less and get more done.

Tell that to the Republican Congress. Jesus it has only been a 3 months what the hell do you expect? People have such unrealistic expectations.

Not unrealistic at all. We have the house, senate, and president. We already **** the bed on healthcare. Likely going to raise the debt limit again and not include funding for the wall. Still waiting for tax plan. I think Obama had three big pieces of legislation through in the first two months. I don't know why everyone is cutting Trump so much slack.

Because it is not Trump's fault that the Republicans in Congress don't have any balls. Obama did what he did because as bat **** crazy as Pelosi is she rammed that **** through as did Harry and said damn the consequences and then look what happened they lost Congress. Republicans are to ******* scared to lose, that they won't risk doing anything meaningful.

RINOS strike again. They should be removed from the Republican party stat. Come on America, finish the job.

He's battling Democrats and Republicans. It's a tough fight.

This was my concern all along with a Trump Presidency. If Hitlery would have won, she would have had the support of every Democrat. If someone like Bush III wins, he has the Republicans support. Trump has ZERO support from either party, and is being obstructed by BOTH parties as I feared.

The only hope Trump has is to campaign for replacement of those who's seats are up in the mid-term elections in 18. If he can get supportive people elected, then he can start building a new party for a 20 run and go after more obstruction seats, as well as in 22. 2024 election would then need a hand picked successor to take over.

Republicans are legislating just like Tomlin coaches, scared to lose. They refuse to accept that they lose by failing to do as their base demands.

McCain is absolutely worthless. I've come to really detest that grumpy old ******* of a man. I hope we can get a convention of the state's. People like him need to be ended with term limits.
