It takes a lot of practice and a high quality firearm,center mass is still the way to go.I've watched professional competition shooters,shoot out bullseyes at 25 yards easily. They also had highly modified .45's probably costing 6-9k, snipers have the highest quality,rifles,scopes,ammo and training to take head shots when it's the best option to neutralize the threat instantly.You can tell who has fired a gun and who hasn't. Same people watch Walking Dead and think it's easy to make a head shot with a handgun first time every time.
Just one bump on that scope climbing up the building he should have never had access to,would do it.
I want to know who helped him? How did he know that building wouldn't be guarded? How the hell does he get off any shots with two rifles pointed at him.
I'm sure everyone knew the locations of security.
