If he out competes Mitch then obviously he won the job outright and that wouldn't be things considered equal. Money is factored in regards to the cap. Not in a head to head competition. And yeah I believe that.

The contract is perfect. If Mitch wins the job he gets paid like a starter. If he loses the job, he gets paid like a backup. Win-win. I'm not counting out the #2 pick in a draft and winning a division where Aaron Rogers lives, over our current #20. I expect the competition to be much closer next year.

Apparently, some people are a little slow on the pick-up... Things are not equal, and Kenny Pickens, the first round draft pick, will start over Trubisky, who wasn't a Steelers' ANYTHING draft pick.... All things being equal, Kenny would still start.... I love that naive attitude towards money not being an issue in a head-to-head competition. If Mitch is on an incentive laden contract, and Kenny Pickens is on a rookie contract, if it's even close as far as the Steelers being competitive... They'll play Kenny so they don't hafta pay Mitch... That's just good business sense...

Those are your words describing your opinion which is based on another opinion, both of which have no factual basis (making them baseless... furthermore, your opinion is based on purely subjective observations, making it double-baseless. If you can provide concrete evidence and not baseless opinions why thinking that way pertains to the Steelers in any way, I'll re-think my certainty that Kenny Pickens will be QB1 on opening day... but you have nothing but personal insults, which to you seem like effective weapons. But if you step back and realize that facts have no feelings, you'll understand why words are harmless against me... that isn't ego... Dude, you haven't been paying attention. We all wait on each other to "err or misspeak" and we, often not so gently, correct each other. You're nothing special in that regard. Hell, from day to day around here you'll see folks go at each other in one thread and agree with each other in a different one. That's what makes it so great.... It doesn't matter who you are, 'cause YOU aren't that special, and you don't consider anyone else special... yet anyone can arrive at the correct answer... If anything it's anti-ego... even if there are some wayward souls (who are most likely the same ones who think words can hurt...) The glaring stupidity on display this time is that the ratio between length of time and reaction points is a highly inaccurate representation of your awesomeness.
People post at different rates. Some have posted a lot, some have posted not as much since becoming members.

A more accurate representation of how awesome you are would be the reactions given per number of posts. Given the number of times you've posted on this thread it's pretty evident that you're not as popular as you think you are.
