I think the fact that the Ducks and Hawks have a combined 3 losses in two rounds speaks more to how weak the west is than to how strong those two teams are. Both of those teams may be better than ahything the east produces, but I wouldn't sleep on the Rangers or Bolts. Hell, even the Caps look worthy.

I hate like hell to again admit it but that was a hell of a series. And I think Orpik may have caused Dan Boyle to have a speech impediment.
 
It was Rod and Orpik was a hitting machine, especially last night. He was a bull in a China shop. Something we did see in his time here. Still miss him and it sucks to see him in a new uniform. Too bad he is on WASH. Cannot root for them.
 
I find myself curiously satisfied that the Caps lost. Third time Orpik and Niskanen on a team that blew a 3-1 series lead.

Also, Nisky and Brooks have been eliminated by the same team in game 7 while being up 3-1,both while playing on different teams each year

Mighty Despres Ducks crushed them - my boy had gave up a sure breakaway empty netter goal and passed it to his teammate - he was brilliant all game.

The Rangers could be in trouble going to FLA. That spanking will either put them in a tailspin or wake them up. That was a good *** kicking last night.
