Meaning keep Soldiers there in Afghanistan. "That's not the decision the President made." Meaning he made the decision to pull the troops out rather than keep them there. "It's up to the commander in chief to make those decisions." Meaning he took on the advice from both sides of the issue, weighed it, and made a decision. It's his job.
Now, it's patently obvious that he lied based on the testimony of his Generals and what he said prior to that testimony.
But to Jen Psaki's quote, there is nothing wrong with what she said. There's plenty of **** to hammer this administration about, her quote just isn't one of those things.
