This is police brutality

Yeah man, that's what street uprisings look like. That's how people react, and I'd be among them if this **** was going down around me. ******-up, power-hungry cops stomping the heads of innocent men onto the curb, killing them in cold blood, in broad daylight. **** yeah people react to seeing that. I'd react, and most of you would also react, if that was happening in your neighborhood.

Vader and others who've stated this isn't a race issue are exactly right. It should bother everyone, regardless of race, to see this level of police overreach and brutality play out on the streets. And as far as those on the streets, organizing and protesting, standing up for what is right, who are we to judge them?

When you're pissed off you put your foot through the door, put a dent in it, not thinking through you'll need that door to be intact the next day, or the following day. Protests like these are fast & furious, when people take to the streets in the thousands. Shocking to see, frankly, in the US. More like scenes out of Egypt or some banana republic, folks en masse burning down the 3rd precinct police department, cause they've had enough and they're pissed off.

Sometimes i can see your side of this, but not in this case. These riots are not spontaneous as they happen a day or 2 after the incident. If i get mad i don't kick my dog 2 days later. One cop was arrested and charged already and the riots are getting worse.

And now, let's turn to the White House for some much needed leadership from the President.

That appears to be more evidence of the Left squelching free speech and putting their fascism on display to me. Tow the line Komrades!

Thank God he issued the executive order that put them in a corner they may not navigate their way out of.

So full of ****, as always, Tim. You are like a Swiss watch, perfect timing. Lies on the hour, every hour.

Laughing at the stir the pot comments, knowing that is exactly what you're doing. If I'm incorrect in my assessment, you're further gone than I thought and the responses you're receiving are more than deserved.

Question not directed at me, but the simple fact of the matter is this:

The greatest predictor for poverty ...
The greatest predictor for criminal behavior ...
The greatest predictor for violent behavior ...
The greatest predictor for academic failure ...
The greatest predictor for dropping out of high school ...
The greatest predictor for juvenile murderers ...
The greatest predictor for juvenile rapists ...
The greatest predictor for sexual promiscuity of teenage females ...
The greatest predictor for teenage pregnancy is ...

The lack of a father in the home.

These endless protests, and demands, and burnings, and lootings are a giant ******* waste of time. Until the African-American community decides that ENOUGH with families without a father, ENOUGH of the males abandoning their children, ENOUGH of having others take care of and raise their children, the problem will not get better.

Change whatever the **** you want about police procedures, and department policies, and hiring minorities, and blah-dee-*******-blah, until black fathers stay with the mothers and help raise and support the kids, this **** WILL. NOT. GET. BETTER.

Lyndon Johnson's Great Society is responsible for all of this and it was done solely to garner votes. Good thing politicians don't do that anymore.

The President specifically ordered the DOJ and AG to expeditiously look into action over the murder of George Floyd. Forget about words spoken or typed right now, I (and many others) believe the President and the DOJ's oversight helped the county DA file charges quickly against this despicable cop.

Twitter fact check says that isn't true!:eyebrows:

What did CNN do?

They arrested that CNN anchor, even after he showed him his press pass and they obviously saw all of their equipment. He was 100% cooperative and didn't offer a single shred of resistance either. Some cops just seem completely overwhelmed and incompetent right now. And I love our men in blue.

Lot's of angry people in Atlanta, DC and elsewhere.

If you have a problem with it, take your *** down to Minneapolis, Atlanta or DC and tell the protestors yourself, to stop their destructive activities. Stop bitching at me on a messageboard, for posting updates on the situation. I didn't set any buildings on fire, or loot any stores.

Oh, and **** you too. Almost forgot to answer you in earnest.

What amazes me is how many people have nothing better to do than riot or spectate at riots.

Lmao, you are good for a belly laugh every now and then. And **** me? You said that was such gusto and zeal that I'm sorry, Tibs. I say that in earnest. :pound:

Watching your country slowly burn to the ground city by city shouldn't be watched when you have reality TV or Dancing With the Stars to potentially watch, yes, you make such an excellent point there.

And just an aside, but I guess it's safe to say the lockdowns are done now?

CNN? Now that’s a riot I can fully support. Burn that ************ down! Fake News!
