Trump - Make America Great Again!

Here's another one. Feel free to find your own. They should be pretty consistent.
Got it boss. The drudge report and therightscoop.com. Keep 'em coming. I'm always interested to find out how the tiny pockets of far-right tea party Christian zealots see the world.

IMO, if you're tired of the way politics in DC are going and are tired of career politicians, then you won't vote for another career politician.
which pushes Trump and Carson to the forefront.
Trump/Carson would be a good ticket.

Just a few thoughts:

Winners:

Rubio- Had very good answers on several questions and looked presidential. Didn't get into any scrums and was very hard hitting.

Huckabee- He's one of the most skilled debaters in the country for either side. He's very clever and knows how to work an audience. I don't want him to win because he is pro common core and was basically a RHINO in Arkansas. But he is very tough to debate.

Carly- She dominated the under card. I need to see her with the top players.

Carson- He isn't ready yet and the stage was too big for him most of the night. I love the guy but he needs seasoning. Had a great last question and closing.

Ted Cruz- Biggest winner of the night. His intelligence is undeniable and his grasp of the world politic is unmatched. He should get a bump in the polls.

Survived:

Bush- A typical RHINO with the appeal of a day old Danish. He speaks well but he has no answers to anything other than "Can't we all get alone".

Kasich- Did well but seemed out of his element at times. He isn't going to rise much IMHO. At times it felt like he wanted to be anywhere but on that stage.

Losers:

Trump- I thought he had a chance but now I think he is done. He had no specifics on anything and reminded me of Pelosi when she said "you have to pass the bill to find out what is in it". He seems to think he will solve all the problems just by being him. It doesn't work that way.

Paul- He was my guy going in. I still like what he stands for but he was off his game big time last night. He isn't a debate guy. He's a thinker that needs time to develop his thoughts. He looked small (not just physically). He also looked nervous.

Christie- Looked like a bully and someone I don't want near a red button. Maybe he got the best of Paul but it left me feeling like Christie just likes intimidating people to get his way. Maybe Carly can get his spot next time.

Trump/Carson would be a good ticket.

Ya know, I think straight talk with the African American citizens on jobs, combined with his celerity status and interests would be popular with the younger black voters, and those tried of not getting jobs. Could be political dynamite exploding in the face of the Democrats.

Trump is leading in the Drudgereport polls by a landslide right now with about 46.78%. Cruz is in second with 14%. I'm interested in what the other polls will look like but, it's gotta be darn close to drudge

Fox news poll who hosted the event. Who won?

Who do you think won the debate?

Donald Trump 48.31%

Jeb Bush 3.99%

Scott Walker 1.07%

Ben Carson 10.82%

Mike Huckabee 3.54%

Ted Cruz 5.22%

Marco Rubio 10.92%

Rand Paul 4.77%

Chris Christie 2.49%

John Kasich 8.87%

Anyone who thinks Trump can't win I think need to re-evaluate why he is doing so well

Trump/Carson would be a good ticket.
If I was forced to vote from that side of the aisle, Carly Fiorina would be my choice. She seemed more intelligent and level-headed than the rest of the lot. Don't know much about her, just basing this on what I saw last night.

I think Kasich did an excellent job and will move up rapidly. I like the fact that he is from Ohio and could likely win his state. Could he flip, a blue mid western state red? Maybe.

I also felt Rubio had a good night, but I question if he’s more of a 3rd place type of guy. Rubio could be a good VP pick.

I'd rather see Rubio / Kasich

looking big picture - how bout a Cruz / Carly ticket - going for the young voters and would get all the women (who hate Hillary) and the latinos....

Another one.Donald Trump 39%
Nothing, and I mean nothing, will ensure a Democrat will win the White House more than having Donald Trump on the ticket, either for the GOP or as an independent.

Right now my first choice would be Trump/Condi followed by Trump/Carson, Trump/Cruz and Trump/Rubio.

Rather than posting the same thing 10 times ( check the web ) can you find any poll that says Trump didn't come in 1st or 2nd? Its out there Tibs. All I see is first place. The media has lost its ability to package and send the people what they want to see.

Some of the more liberal sources:

http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/poll-who-won-the-first-republican-debate NBC says Trump won. 64% says so.

http://newyork.cbslocal.com/poll-who-do-you-think-won-the-first-gop-presidential-debate/ CBS says Trump won 37.7%

Says who? The media? Hillary ship is sinking Tibs. Its a very big one, so it takes longer than most to sink. Trump would beat her badly in a debate in my opinion. Hillary is a lair, has too many scandals, is boring in speech, and has an extremely high negative rating. Obama’s Presidency I think will hurt her more than help her. And she has too many flip-flops.

I think Joe is “ Biden “ his time, and once a bomb explodes, Hillary lack the charm and ability to whether a scandal. She’s not her husband.

Donald Trump 41.7% (8,016 votes)

Ben Carson 14.3% (2,748 votes)

Ted Cruz 13.92% (2,675 votes)

Marco Rubio 9.2% (1,768 votes)

Winner: The Donald
2nd Place: The Minority Candidate
3rd Place: The Donald's *** Kisser
4th Place: The Other Minority Candidate

Seems like the results of a popularity contest.

Coach, believe me, there's a reason Trump is winning polls. Particularly the liberal polls. Everyone wants to see him run. Best thing that could happen to America. Obama's legacy will be entrenched, a Democratic president can continue his work and policies, the country can keep moving forward. Everybody wins.

Pretty much the way I saw it......Paul had a ****** outing. Ted Cruz had a ready answer to every query and you could tell that was because he truly believes everything he says. He highlighted his fight against the entrenched republican establishment a couple of times as well.

I'm surprised Trump is seen as the winner of this debate. I really really liked what the guy was saying and right up until last night was really thinking about the possibility of backing him. But he came off as all style no substance, imo....an artful dodger. I liked his answers on being politically correct and am a little pissed that Megyn Kelly sort of baited him although he handled it.

Huckabee had a great night just not sure he'd be conservative enough.

Winner: The Donald

I can't believe that you believe all the **** you post. I'm kind of starting to view you as a troll in this forum.

Holy ****, every poll thus far has Trump winning.

http://www.msnbc.com....ublican-debate

http://www.slate.com...._our_poll.html

The Drudge, Trump by a landslide.

So what this tells me is everyone is sick and ******* tired of hearing prepared statements and slick talking rhetoric every 4 years, also that the Republican politicians have ignored the call of the American people after landslide Republican victories in Congress in Nov.

Tibs,

Be careful what you wish for. Some Republicans felt picking a left handed black man with a muslim name would be easy to beat in a national elections and pumped him in the polls over Hillary Clinton in 2008. What happened?! As it turned out, he had little record to attack, was treated with kid gloves because of political correctness ( Which Trump has smashed ) and beat two rather stale Republicans in the race.

I think what your missing is Trump owns the microphone and is such a presence that he will do very well. He actually polls better with liberal or moderate Republicans than very conservative ones.. And I think he'll own the low information voters because he's famous, a master at quickly packaging his points and has the body language of a winner.

First there was laughter from the left. Then there was hate. Then if morphed into he won't last. Now you say they are backing him because they think he will be easier to beat? Like it or not most Americans agree with him on immigrations...and wait until he talks jobs, how bad the deal in Iran was and taxes.

We shall see.

You may be right, I've been spending too much time in here. I'll let you guys get back to your regular discourse...

how? it appears he's running away with the Republican nomination. Coupled by the fact that he'd be an insane draw for Independents and you've got a guy with virtually one foot in the White House with elections on the horizon.

No, they're dumb as **** and she needs to make new friends.

Wow. That's pretty insensitive. I've met most of her friends and they are good kids. They aren't out running the streets and being thugs and *****. I was misguided politically at her age too (I voted for Clinton in 92). They will come around to see the error of their ways once they get out into the real world.

From what I have seen on FB, it's a split between Trump and Carson winning. The biggest knock on Carson was that he wasn't given enough questions. When he did answer, his answers were well thought out. He was a little nervous, but I think he came into his own at the end. A lot of people who weren't for Carson before this debate are for him now.

Liberals aren't that clever.

When you have the media in your corner, you can get away with many things. I actually disagree. The liberals at the very top, who often act like rich Republicans in private are very smart. Most people in power on either side are smart, or have a very smart right hand man helping them. The marketing of Obama was very well done, and the media outside of a few in talk radio and fox news protected him and used his race to their advantage.

I think the Republican field in 2016 without Trump is better than 2012 and 2008 field.

Yeah, you're right, but their way of thinking pisses me off. The socialists are so quick to give away free stuff to the lazy by stealing from the achievers without acknowledging that eventually the money will run out. Oh, and give away even more **** when Bumma has us $18 trillion in debt? It's just selfish and retarded.
